Important safety instructions
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
■ Children must not use this appliance or play with it. Keep this appliance and the
power cord out of reach of children.
■ This appliance may be used by persons with physical or mental impairments or
by inexperienced persons, if they are properly supervised or have been informed
about how to use the product in a safe manner and understand the potential
dangers.
■ Before connecting the appliance to a power outlet, make sure the voltage stated
on its rating label corresponds to the voltage in your power socket.
■ Never use accessories, which have not been supplied with this appliance or which
have not been explicitly recommended by the manufacturer for this appliance.
■ Do not place the appliance on window sills or on unstable surfaces. Always place
the appliance on an even, dry and stable surface.
■ Never wash the motor unit under running water or submerge it in water or another
liquid.
■ This appliance is designed for household use.
■ Do not use it in an industrial environment or outdoors or for purposes other than
those for which it is intended.
■ Before rst use, it is necessary to thoroughly wash the beaters and kneading hooks
using hot water and kitchen detergent, then rinse then with drinking water and
wipe thoroughly until dry using a ne wiping cloth.
■ Always check that the beaters or kneading hooks are properly attached before
turning on the appliance. Never combine various types of accessories.
■ When the beaters or kneading hooks are properly attached to the appliance, rst
submerge them into the ingredients in the bowl and only then put the appliance
into operation.
■ During operation, do not place hands, forks or any other utensils into the bowl
with the ingredients, and keep hair, clothing, etc. at a sucient distance from the
rotating parts of the appliance.
■ Do not turn on the appliance when it is empty. The incorrect use of the appliance
may negatively aect its lifetime.
■ Always turn o the appliance and disconnect it from the power socket if you will
not be using it and if you are leaving it without supervision, before assembly,
disassembly or cleaning.
■ Prior to changing accessories that move during use, make sure that the appliance
is turned o and disconnected from the power socket.
■ Do not place the appliance on an electric or gas stove or in its vicinity, do not place
it in the vicinity of an open re or other equipment or appliances that are a source
of heat.
■ Ensure that the power plug contacts do not come into contact with moisture. Do
not place heavy objects on the power cord and make sure that it does not hang
over the edge of a table or that it is not touching a hot surface.
■ Do not disconnect the appliance from the power socket by pulling on the power
cord. This could damage the power cord or the socket. Disconnect the power cord
from the power socket by pulling on the plug.
■ If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorised service centre or
by another similarly qualied person, this will prevent the creation of a dangerous
situation. It is forbidden to use the appliance if it has a damaged power cord.
■ Do not use the appliance when it is not functioning properly or showing signs of
damage.
■ In order to prevent a hazardous situation arising, do not repair the appliance
yourself or modify it in any way. Have all repairs or adjustments performed at an
authorised service centre. By tampering with the appliance, you risk voiding your
legal rights arising from unsatisfactory performance or quality warranty.

User's manual
Prior to using this appliance, please read the user's manual thoroughly, even in cases,
when one has already familiarised themselves with previous use of similar types of
appliances. Only use the appliance in the manner described in this user’s manual. Keep
this user's manual in a safe place where it can be easily retrieved for future use.
We recommend saving the original cardboard box, packaging material, purchase
receipt and responsibility statement of the vendor and warranty card for at least the
duration of the legal liability for unsatisfactory performance or quality. In the event of
transportation, we recommend that you pack the appliance in the original box from
the manufacturer.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
A1 Pulse switch for setting maximum
speed

OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
1. Check that switch A2 is set to position 0 (o) and that the power cord is disconnect
from the power socket. Properly attach the beaters A5 or kneading hooks A6 from
underneath the motor unit A4. Never combine two types of accessories.
2. Place the ingredients into a bowl that is suciently large and deep to prevent
food from splashing out. Connect the power cord to a power socket. Submerge
the beaters A5 or kneading hooks A6 into the bowl with the ingredients and start
the appliance by setting the switch A2 to the desired speed. In order to mix the
ingredients, initially set a low speed. Then adjust as necessary. To immediately
increase the speed to maximum, use the power switch A1.
Attention:
The maximum continuous operating time of the appliance is 5 minutes.
Before turning it on again, allow it to cool down for several minutes.
3. After you have nished using the appliance, set the switch A2 to position 0 (turned
o) and disconnect the power cord from the power socket. Make sure that the
rotating parts have stopped and then press the button A3 and remove the used
accessories from underneath the motor unit A4. Button A3 can only be pressed
when switch A2 is set to position 0 (turned o). Otherwise it is blocked against
pressing.
Beaters
■ These are used to prepare batter dough, mashed potatoes, whipped cream,
whipped egg whites and creams.
Kneading hooks
■ These are used for kneading yeast dough and dough for noodles, for mixing
minced meat, or pu dough.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before disassembly and cleaning it, always make sure that the appliance is turned
o, disconnected from the power socket and that the rotating parts are not
moving.
■ After every use, clean the removed accessories (beaters A5 or kneading hooks
A6) using hot water with kitchen detergent. Then rinse them with drinking water
and dry thoroughly with a ne wiping cloth. The accessories are intended for short
term contact with food (including beverages), i.e. max. 4 hours.
■ To clean the motor unit A4 use a cloth dipped in a weak detergent solution. Then
dry everything thoroughly. Never submerge the motor unit A4 in water or in any
other liquid.
