INTRODUCTION
TheGSMDoor/GateIntercomEntrySystemisanintercomaccesssysteminstalledattheentranceofadoororgate.Itisanidealproductreplacing
thetraditionaldoorphone.Itallowsuptothree(3)Admins(1PowerAdminand2Admins)anduptoonehundred(100)Usersaccesstoentrance
withanoptiontoprovideremoteaccessforvisitorswhousethesystemtocallthehomeownerormanager.Thesystemhasadefaulttalktimeof
55secondswithamaximumtalktimeof999seconcds.
Therearethreeoptionsofremoteaccessintothesystem.
Option1:Thevisitorcanpushthecallbuttononthesystem.OncetheAdminreceivesthecall,theycanunlockthegatefromaremote
locationbysimplypressinga(star)commandontheircellphoneorignoringthecall.
Option2:TheAdmincancallintothesystemandremotelydialacommand(33 5678#‐‐default)tomomentarilyreleasethelock.
Option3:Registeredusers(upto100)candialintothesystem,andifrecognized,willallowautomaticunlockthroughCallerID
recognition.
Thissystemgivestheopportunitynotonlytoknowwhoiswaitingattheentrancefromaremotelocationbutalsotocontroltheaccesspoint.Use
ofthissystematyourcompanyorhousedoesnotrequireanyspecialinstallationorwiring.Simplyinstallthissystemandconnectthedoorlatch
andpowersupply.
ROLEASSIGNMENT
Thesystemhastheabilitytostore3Adminaccounts(1PowerAdmin+2Admins)and100Useraccounts.RegisteredAdminshavetheabilitytocall
intothesystemandenterdialcodesorSMScodestoaccessfunctions.SeparaterolescanbeassignedtoanAdmin.Usersareallowedtomakecalls
intothesystemandareallowedentryintodoor/gatebydialingin.UsersarerecognizedbyCallerIDandifCallerIDisnotrecognized,callisignored.
WhenaregisteredUserdialsintothesystemtheyarelimitedtoopeningthedoor/gateonly.

ThesystemissettocallAdmin11firstifthecallbuttonispushed.After18seconds(default)andthereisnoanswer,thephonecallis
disconnectedanddivertedtodialAdmin12.Ifnoanswer,thensystemdivertstodialAdmin13.Dependingonserviceprovider,RingDivertTime

STEP2.FlipupSIMcardtraydoor.
STEP3.InsertSIMcardintotraydoorwithnotchedsideofSIMcard
facingupandmetalcontactsonSIMcardfacingleft.
STEP4.Gentlypushdowntoclosetraydoorandpaycareful
attentiontonotchofSIMcard.
STEP5.SlidetraydoortotherightinordertolockSIMcard
intoplace.A“click”soundwillindicatethetraydoorislocked.
STEP6.Testsystembypoweringon.Atroublebeepwillsound
iftheSIMcardisinstalledincorrectly.
GSMSIMCardReminder:
Asareminder,pleasemakesureyouunderstandyourTermsofServicewithyourGSMprovider.Thedoorentrysystemwillnotworkwithoutavalid
GSMSIMcard.WorkswellwithprepaidcardsorsubscriptionbasedcellularservicesusingGSMonly.
Forexample:
SomeserviceprovidersintheUSAsuchasT‐MobileorAT&Thavedifferentserviceplans.Beawarethatsomeplansmaylosesubscribednumberif
prepaidcardisn’trenewedafteroneyeareveniftherestillisabalance.
