to the user and operate according to the rules specified on this book. Due to
these conditions, user has to save this book during machine life. Our firm is not
responsible for breakdowns, faults and troubles due to users are not operating this
machine with rules which specified in this book.
PREPARING TO DELIVERY
Machines and equipments must be guard against impacts and frictions.
During loading and transporting process fixing materials must be use.
During upload and unload process, suitable equipment must be use

WHEN YOU NEED TO LIFT YOUR MACHINE BY HAND
Use auxiliaries absolutely.
Lift it from the main chassis with your auxiliaries.
DO NOT DO DEFINITELY
Do not lift it from oil container, belt, and pulley or power cable.
SHORT PERIOD STORAGE
Keep it against weather conditions, store clean ambiance. Keep away from rain,
snow, hyper heat, dust and mud.
INSTALLATION
Oil vacuum pumps deliver as ready to install. However, installation will be done by
authorized SEZER technician according to milking place conditions
CAUTION IMPORTANT
Operate this machine with a grounded plug which assembled authorized electric
technician.
USAGE PERIOD
10 Years.

Under 70Db.

This machine has been produce according to TS 4798 standard of Turkey Norms
Institute and 98/37 AT Machine Security Directive and 73/23 AT Low Voltage

REGULATOR:
Provide vacuum stability. Turn the bolt nut
to clockwise for more vacuum and turn the
bolt nut to reverse clockwise for fewer
vacuums.
HYGIENE BEFORE MILKING
Milking area and milking equipment should be as much as clean and hygienic before
milking. Teat cleaning is an obligation! Clean teat with warm water with sponge or
clean fabric. Milking 23 drop milk to small container is necessary for some teat
disease pre-diagnose.
MILKING PROCESS WITH MACHINE
Bucket lid must be fit on bucket rim.
Check vacuum taps on the machine, they must be closed.
Set electric cable to plug (must be grounded) than push start button (green)
Milking process can be start when pointer on vacuum gauge reach blue area (44
kPa)
Fasten vacuum hose on milking bucket or vehicle to the tap of vacuum line (if
use milking bucket or vehicle)
Listen pulsators sound that working eurhythmics.
IMPORTANT!
Check milk level on the bucket after each milking process and empty if it is full.
The space on bucket must be enough to finish milking process.

Action figure of rubber liner must be same as figure-5 while machine and pulsators
working.
MILKING DURATION
Milking duration may change according to cow to cow and takes 47 minute’s
average. Finish of milking process may observe on milk claws or transparent milk
hoses. Milking process should be finished if there is no milk in milk hoses. Pull
down milk claw wing and remove milking cluster slowly. Pull down and up milk
claw wing a few times for removing remain milk in milk claw or hoses.
ATTENTION!
Do not leave milking area while milking process.
Start cleaning process after finished milking process.
Following points on vacuum pump and system must be controlled before milking
process.
Be sure that vacuum regulator sucks air.
Check system for vacuum leak.
Check vacuum gauge that pointer reach blue area. (44 kPa) Check exhaust if
pointer may not reach blue area.
AFTER EACH MILKING PROCESS
Check vacuum flowing valve under horizontal, cylindrical vacuum tank and
clean vacuum than search cause of happening if there is milk in.
Check vacuum pump spinning direction. Check valve is out of order if spinning
reverse. Change check valve.
Check oil container, fill in if necessary.
Contact service or authorized seller if pump over heat or exhaust throw away
over oil.

CONTROLING BELTPULLEY SYSTEM
Remove Belt-pulley security lid protection cover and check belt tension.
Tension must me 15 mm maximum. Tight if loose. Do not tighten belt
extremely!
Adjust pulleys as illustrated figure-2 Pulleys must be same planar direction.
ATTANTION!
Do not operate pump before fasten belt-pulley security lid protection cover.
IMPORTANT!
Remove belt-pulley security lid protection cover for verifying motor spinning
direction for first operate if electric motor is three-phase. (380V) Remove belt and
operate pump, fasten belt-pulley security lid protection cover if motor spinning
direction is correct. Change two of three cables (three phase cables) place on plug
(DO NOT CHANGE GROUND CABLE PLACE!) if motor spinning direction is
not correct.

FILLING OIL TO THE OIL CONTAINER
.Remove oil collector.
.Fill oil “No 30” up to conic section on oil
container. Fill oil container lid if cleaned.
.Check oil container gasket and change if out of
order.
.Replace its place carefully.
IMPORTANT!
Do not use used oil again and empty oil in oil
collector.
CLEANING OIL CONTAINER
.Remove lubricator, check parts, and wash water
with detergent and clean only water.
.Check small holes on suck pipe and open them
if blocked.
.Check hoses and gaskets, change them if
necessary.
ADJUST LUBRICATION
.Adjust lubrication canal height with oil
adjusting nut on the middle of adjuster sledge.
.Extremely lubrication does not damage to pump
rather helpful.
.Oil consumption increase if lubrication canal
height shortens.

INFORMATION ABOUT USAGE FAULTS
This machine designed, produced and equipped for high level security of user and
best performance. However, performance and security depend pretty much to user.
User should be as much closer as possible to the machine while using this device.
User should pay all attention to this business and do not falter to take additional
security precautions.
Working area should be clean and orderly.
NECESSARY THINGS FOR RELIABLE, PRODUCTIVE, DURABLE
WORKING WITH THIS MACHINE
Do not use this machine out of goal
Do not make alteration as out of goal and bounded functions (warranty may
remove)
Do not leave milking area while machine is working
Keep clean and dry machine after each milking process.
Keep machine as much away as possible from animal kicks.
Vacuum pump heat is normal; do not touch long time with naked hand.
Check rubber parts frequently, change beaten ones
Do not strike milk bucket, do not clean inside bucket with hard cleaning object.
Clean painted chassis parts with cloth or sponge. Do not use hard and abrasive
objects.
Use original Sezer Brand spare parts.

CAUTION FOR ELECTRIC CONNECTION
Do not operate your machine without grounded plug.
Do not wash electric motor. Call authorized electrician if you have any breakdown
(electric motor has special warranty for its producer)
A well-match electric cable and plug has been used on your machine. Please call
nearest service, authorized dealer and use same electric cable, plug if you have any
breakdown on cable or plug.
Use authorized electrician if you can not reach service or authorized dealer.
Always start your machine while switch button on “RED” position
Machine do not start to work while switch button on “RED” position
Press “GREEN” switch button for operating.
Press “RED” button if electric interruption happened while milking.
Do not forget to press “RED” button after milking and cleaning process.
Stop your machine only using “RED button. Then take out plug from plug switch.
Additional cable must have ground wire if use.
Do not leave additional cable on the ground, wet area. Hang them on.
IMPORTANT!
Remove belt-pulley security lid protection cover for verifying motor spinning
direction for first operate if electric motor is three-phase. (380v) Remove belt and
operate pump, fasten belt-pulley security lid protection cover if motor spinning
direction is correct. If motor spinning direction is not correct, change two of three
cables (three phase cables) place on plug (Do not change ground cable place!)
