Safety
WARNING

nets and drawers.
• When moving this product, do not pull it. Push the product to
prevent personal injury.
• Usethebrakeswhennotmovingthisproduct.Thiswillprevent
the product from rolling.
• Be careful not to open more than one drawer at a time. This
product may become unstable and tip.
• Handle and swivel casters must be attached properly to the
cabinet.
• Do not alter this product in any manner.
• Keep this product on level surfaces, this product may become
unstable and tip if stored or moved on an un-level surface.
Assembly
Caster and handle installation
Note
Use adequate manpower for this operation.
Makesurethatthecabinetisemptypriortoinstallingthecasters
and handles.

Casters
1. Lay the cabinet down on its top. Use packaging material to
protect the paint finish.
2. Mountbothswivelcastersonthebacksideofthecabinetand
the locking caster to the front (drawer side).
3. Attacheachcasterusingfour boltspercabinetforthecasters
and two for each handle.
4. Wrench tighten all bolts.
5. Return cabinet to its upright position.
6. See Figure A-1, for final assembled
cabinet.
Multi-side by side assembly
1. Attach casters as noted above.
2. Attach 1 handle to each end of cabinet.
3. Use hinge pins to attach cabinets to each other.
4. See Figure A-2 for final assembled cabinet.
5. The Cabinet assembled in this manner will slide under the
Mark V unit, see figure A-3.

Vertical assembly of multiple cabinets.
1. Attach casters on bottom unit, see notes above.
2. Remove drawers from other two units, attach bolts vertically
through the casters holes.
3. Attach handles to middle cabinet.
4. Replace drawers into each cabinet after setting up right.
5. See Figure A-4 for final assembly of vertical cabinet.
