Uztverošā konstrukcija
Receiver
Uztverošās konstrukcijas bezpakāpju 3D-regulēšana:
sāniski/augstumā/dziļumā +/- 3 mm
Regulēšana veicama ar Torx-atslēgu TX 30
Infinitely variable 3D adjustment of receiver:
Lateral/height/compression +/- 3 mm Adjustment by
means of Torx TX 30 key
Eņģu montāžas līnija (BBL):
1. eņģu montāžas līnijas (BBL) attālumam jābūt 241 mm no kārbas
pārfalces vai attiecīgi 237 mm no durvju falces augšējās malas.
Attālums starp 1. un 2. eņģu montāžas līniju (BBL) ir atkarīgs no vērtnes
augstuma.
Hinge reference line (HRL):
The 1st HRL is 241 mm from the frame rebate or 237 mm to the upper
edge of the door rebate. The distance between the 1st and 2nd HRL
depends on the height of the door leaf.
Frēzēšanas šablona regulēšana
Pēc eņģu montāžas līniju atzīmēšanas pie kārbas piestiprināt universālo
frēzēšanas šablonu. Ievērot montāžas instrukcijā un uz šablona dotos
norādījumus!
Adjust the cutting template
Once the HRL dimensions have been transferred, clamp the universal cutting
template on to the frame. Follow the fixing instruction and the information on
the cutting template!
Montāža pilnkoka kārbā
Assembly within the block frame
Veikt frēzējumus ar
Ø 24 mm frēzi.
Prepare the holes
Cutter 24 mm Ø
Uzlikt nosegvāku.
Attach the cover.
Pieskruvēt nosegvāku ar 50 mm
skrūvēm.
Fasten the cover with min.
50 mm screws
Izņemt ieliktni no uztverošās
konstrukcijas. Vērtni ar eņgēm
ievietot uztverošajā konstrukcijā.
Remove the filler piece, insert
the door with the door hinge into
the receiver
Noregulēt durvju pozīciju,
pievilkt 3 fiksācijas skrūves.
align the door, tighten up the
3 clamping screws
Ievietot un stingri
pieskrūvēt uztverošās
konstrukcijas korpusu.
Insert the receiver block,
screw in tightly

Augstuma un dziļuma regulēšana ·
Height and compression adjustment
– Durvis atvērt un nofiksēt ar ķīliem;
–Fiksācijas skrūves pagriezt nedaudz
vaļīgāk; noregulēt durvju pozīciju;
–Fiksācijas skrūves cieši pievilkt;
Izņemt ķīļus.
–Open the door, secure using wedges
–Slightly loosen the clamping screws,
position the door
–Tighten up the clamping screws,
remove the wedges
Sāniskā regulēšana · Lateral
adjustment
–Stiprinājuma un bloķējošās skrūves
pagriezt nedaudz vaļīgāk;
–Sāniskās regulēšanas skrūves
pagriezt vajadzīgajā virzienā,
vienmērīgi griežot augšējās un
apakšējās skrūves. Nepieļaut ass
nospriegošanu!
–Stiprinājuma un bloķējošās skrūves
cieši pievilkt.
–Slightly loosen the fastening and the
lock screws
–Turn the upper and lower lateral
adjustment screws evenly in the
required direction. Avoid strain on the
axis!
–Tighten up the fastening and the lock
screws

Uztverošā konstrukcija
Receiver
Montāža šaurā pilnkoka kārbā:
Konstrukcijas stabilitātes paaugstināšanai var izmantot uztverošo
konstrukciju kopā ar papildu stiprinājuma plāksni (VX 7535) .
Assembly within the slimline block frame:
A receiver with an additional fastening plate (VX 7535) may be used for
stability.
Montāža insdustriālajā kārbā:
Konstrukcijas stabilitātes paaugstināšanai jāizmanto papildu
stiprinājuma plāksne(VX 7532).
Assembly within the casing frame:
A receiver with an additional fastening plate (VX 7532) must be used for
stability.
Ievietot stiprinājuma plāksni aizmugures frēzējumā. Nosegvāku ar
komplektam pievienotajām gremdgalvas skrūvēm M6 x 30
pieskrūvēt pie stiprinājuma plāksnes.
Position the fastening plate on a rear hole.
Use the attached countersunk screws M6 x 30 to screw the cover
on to the fastening plate.
Aizmugurē novietot stiprinājuma plāksni.Nosegvāku ar komplektam
pievienotajām gremdgalvas skrūvēm M6 x 20 pieskrūvēt pie
stiprinājuma plāksnes. Atkarībā no kārbas konstrukcijas izmantot
distancerus.
Position the fastening plate at the rear. Use the attached countersunk
screws M6 x 20 to screw the cover on to the fastening plate.
Depending on the frame design, use a small spacer block.
