3.2 Placement
iDOL 65 must be mounted above the feed dispenser at dry feeding as shown in Figure 1 or above the drinking
nipple at wet feeding as shown in Figure 2.
The distance to the floor should optimally be 2300 mm and must not deviate more than +/- 50 mm.
The house must be emptied and cleaned when the cameras are mounted. There must not be any deposits on
the floor which could make the measurement of the distance to the floor inaccurate.

Make sure that no pipes, wires, etc. are occluding
(blocking) the camera view. This means that no
elements (such as feed lines) must be placed in
the hatched field.
The mounting should be done in a manner that
minimizes any movement and vibrations.
The cameras must be mounted in pens where no
sunlight occurs.
