5. Low Battery Indicator Light - If using only batteries and they are low, indicator light will be red. When
using AC adapter, indicator light will be green.
6. Delete Button - Used to delete/clear all calls received.
7. Review Button - Used to reset your Central Monitor when alerting.
8. On/O Switch - Used to power on or o.
9. Antenna Port - Component not available at this time.
10. Volume Control - Increase or decrease the alert volume.“Mute”can only be used when using TL-4016P
pager and system.
11. AC Adapter Input - Connect AC adapter here to power Central Monitor.
12. Antenna - Increases the signal strength from components.
13. Hook for Mounting Bracket - Slide bracket o bottom of monitor to use.When mounting on a wall, use
hooks to hang on mounting bracket.
14. Battery Compartment - Batteries included.
15. Base/Mounting Bracket - Used as base when Central Monitor is sitting on a table or slide bracket o
bottom of monitor to use as a wall mounting bracket.

Setup
Your System is Ready to Use
This monitor is a reciever and will automatically pick up alerts form the following:
• TL-4005HOME
• TL-4005SYS
• TL-4016
• 4017-CB
Setting Up Your System
1. Plug AC adapter into TL-4015 Central Monitor and into power outlet.
2. Move the switch on the side of the Central Monitor to the“On”position.
Your monitor will be in ready mode and should display as follows
3. Select Volume desired.
4. Activate component. The Central Monitor LCD Display will audibly and visually display component
activated.
5. Press“Review”button to silence/reset Central Monitor. *Reset should be done at component.
6. Test all components to insure working as designed before putting into service.
7. Call Customer Service at 800.650.3637 with any questions. *All components can have custom
programmed #’s please contact your distributor or Smart for more information.

Mounting The Monitor
Clear All Alerts
1. Slide mounting bracket o the bottom of the monitor
2. Mount bracket to the wall.
3. Slide hooks on back of CMU onto the mounting bracket
To Clear All Alerts:
Press and release“Delete”button.

Range:
• The range between theTL-4015 Central Monitor and components is 150-300 feet maximum. However,
environmental factors such as concrete or brick walls and heavy electronic equipment may aect range.
