
3. Installation
• The product should be places on a stable, non-combustible surface. A
clearance area of at least 10cm on the left and should be maintained. The
backshouldbefromnon-combustiblematerial(suchasbrickwalls,etc.)with
a clearance area of 20cm or more.
• Connect the product to the main socket ensuring that the voltage is the same
as found on the rating plate which is found on the back of the unit.
• Make sure the unit is safely grounded before switching on.
• To replace the power cord, ensure that the same type of cable is used. This
must be done by a professional technician.
• The installation and the maintenance of electrical connections, should be
donebyaprofessionalcertiedtechnician.
4. Operating Procedure
• Ensure that the thermostat is set to 0 before switching on.
• Turn on the unit by pressing the power switch.
• Rotatethethermostatknobclockwisetothedesiredtemperature.The
orange heat indicating light will light up and the unit will start heating. When
the desired temperature is reached, the heat indicating light goes out and unit
switcheso.Whenthetemperaturedecreasedslightly,theunitwillswitchon
automatically. This cycle will continue until the thermostat setting is changed.
• When the desired temperature is reached, generously oil plates. The unit is
now ready for use.
• Addthewaemixtothebottomplate.Forbestresults,pourthemixfromthe
outside inward to ensure even browning. Close the lid and set the timer to
the desired time.
• Thetimerwillsoundwhentimeisuptoremindyoutoremovewaes.
• Alwaysswitchotheunitwhennishedbakingbyturningthethermostatto0
andswitchingothepowerbutton.
Do not touch hot food, liquid or heating surfaces while equipment is
