Connect provided cord from
the base port to either the
headset port or handset port of the phone
Connect Power and to Phone
Plug the USB cable
Into the mini USB
port and connect
the other end into
the USB PC port.

Switch headset/handset selection switch to
“Headset”.
Adjust the telephone compatibility switch
To “1” or “2” The dial tone should be heard on
the headset.
Connect the headset to the headset port
on the front of the box.

Make a call to a colleague to test your
receive volume. Adjust the speaker
volume according to your needs.
Press the Mute button to mute the headset
microphone. The mute indicator light
will turn on and stay on until you press the
mute again to turn the mute off.

Connect an additional headset
An additional headset can be connected to
the supervisor port on the unit. It has the
same function as the default headset. The
