1. To begin assembly, place Star Base (1) upside down and insert Casters (7) into
bottom of Star Base (1).
2. Turn Star Base (1) right side up on the floor and insert Cylinder Column (2) into
center hole on Star Base (1).

Attach Control Mechanism (3) onto the bottom of Seat Cushion (4) by using Middle
Screws (9) for holes of Seat Cushion (4) and tighten screws with Hex Wrench (11).

Attach the Back Cushion (5) to the Seat Cushion (4) by positioning the back support
plate over the Control Mechanism (3) with Large Screws (8), tighten but do not over
tighten Large Screws (8) with Hex Wrench (11).

Position the assembled chair upright with the seat plate facing down. Insert the
Cylinder Column (2) into the center hole of the Control Mechanism (3) and press
down until fully engaged and rest it on the Star Base (1).

STEP 5:
Check the chair and make sure all bolts, screws and knobs are securely tightened.
Your office chair is now complete!
First, loosen the two Small Screws (10) of the Headrest (6), then attach
the Headrest (6) to the top frame of Backrest (5) by using two Small Screws (10).
Tighten Screws with Phillips head screwdriver (12).

HEADREST MECHANISM
This is new ergonomic headrest. You can adjust the angle and height of headrest according to below instruction:
Rotate the headrest directly to adjust the angle of
headrest.
Lift or pull the headrest directly to adjust the height
of headrest.
Press the two small buttons on headrest. The headrest can be raised or lowered further.
Release the buttons to keep the position of headrest.

To Adjust The Tilt Back Function:
Free: Pull the second handle out, the back of
the chair is free and tilts back. Lock: Push the
handle in, the back of the chair is locked in a
position. (It has 3 levels to lock, so the chair
back can be locked in 3 different positions.)

To Adjust The Seat Height:
Find the second handle under the right side of
the seat. Rotate the handle forward, the seat
height can be adjusted up and down.

To Adjust The Seat Depth:
Find the first handle on your right. Lift the
handle up to unlock the seat; meanwhile,
move your body forward or backward to let
the seat move forward or backward together.
Release the handle, then lock the seat.

To Adjust The Tilt Tension:
The tilt tension knob underneath the seat to
control the flexibility of rocking in your chair.

To adjust height of the armrest:
Press the buttons on the armrests to allow the
armrests to move up or down freely. Release
the buttons once the desired height is reached.
Flip up arms to position chair close to desk for
comfortable task work.

Do not use this chair unless all bolts and parts are firmly tightened.
Check and retighten all bolts and parts at least every 3 months.

Repair the chair with manufacturer supplied parts.
This chair designed for seating one person weighing 275lbs or less
at a time.
Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic covers as
head covering.
