This manual provides instructions for the panel operation of the ScentZone 100
Fragrance Delivery System. Please read all the instructions.
General Notes: The Presets (Up) and Duration (Down) buttons scroll through
available options. The Enter button is used to implement the desired option.
With the machine plugged into a power
source, turn on the red power switch on the
right side of the unit. The LCD panel will
light and the opening display will alternate
between "Eco-Scent ScentZone 100 " and the cur-
rent time/date & Preset. Also, the green power
light will glow.
At the opening screen, press the Menu button once.
"Presets" appears on the display. The Up and Down arrows may now be used to scroll
through this and other options, including "Manual Override", and "Set Time & Date", "Preset
Configuration" and "Information". See the following steps for details on these options.
With the "Presets" option visible, click the Enter button.
Now use the Up and Down arrows to scroll through the available Presets. When the desired
Preset is displayed, press Enter. The display returns to the opening screen.
Restaurant 11:00am - 9:00pm
Hotel 6:30am - 9:30am & 2:30pm - 9:30pm
Retail 9:30am - 6:30pm
Home M-F: 6:30am - 9:30am & 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Sa-Su: 7:00am - 4:00pm

With the "Manual Override " option visible, press Enter.
Use the Up and Down arrows to scroll through the available Manual Override options. The
options are from "OFF" up to 12 hours ("12h 00m"), in 15 minute increments. When the
desired option is displayed, press Enter. The
display returns to the opening screen.
With the "Set Time & Date" option visible, press Enter.
The date appears on the screen with 2 arrows above the month. Use the Up and Down
arrows to change the number & then press Enter. Do the same with the day, the year, and
the time. When Enter is pressed the last time, the display returns to
the opening screen.
With the "Preset Config" option visible, click the Enter button.
Now use Up and Down to choose either "Preset Option Custom 1" or "Preset Option Custom
2". Press Enter. The display shows "Start Time:" and a time. Use Up and Down to change
the time (by 1 hour increments). Press Enter twice. The display now shows "Stop Time:"
and a time. Set and Enter the desired time. The display returns to "Preset Custom #".
With the "Information" option visible, press Enter.
The installed software version is displayed, "Firmware Version
2.5.A". Press Enter. The display returns to "Information".
At the opening screen, press the Duration button once.

The current "Duration" setting appears on the display. Press Up and Down to choose from
durations of "Short" (60 sec on, 180 sec off), "Medium" (60 sec on, 60 sec off), or
"Long" (180 sec on, 60 sec off). Press Enter. The display returns to the opening screen.

At the opening screen, press the Enter/Fan Speed
button once.
The current "Fan Speed" setting appears on the display. Press Up and Down to choose
from speeds of "1" to "8". Press Enter. The display returns to the opening screen.
Additional Notes:
1) The light with the label "Active" will glow when scent is being dispensed.
2) If the machine malfunctions, turn the power off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on. If
it continues to malfunction, call our 24 Hour Technical Support at 888-391-7669.
