Wireless Issue
The Wi-Fi connection may drop.
Solution
Install the latest wireless driver:
Windows 8.0 (16.1.5.2)

Note: If the Wireless troubleshooting guide does not resolve the issue then user will be required to
contact Sony for service.
No Power Issue
User is unable to power on the system
Solution
Your VAIO computer may not recognize the battery pack. In this case, push and hold the battery
o button for three to ve seconds with a thin, straight object (such as a paper clip). If the problem
persists, contact an authorized Sony service/support center and replace the battery pack with a
new one specied by Sony.

Keyboard Pairing Issue
The wireless keyboard is not paired to the VAIO PC.
Solution
Launch the Pairing Tool to pair the wireless keyboard to the VAIO PC.
1) Launch the Pairing Tool at c:\windows\drivers\exe\pairing tool.
2) Turn o the wireless keyboard.
3) Press and hold the Ctrl + Esc keys.
4) Turn on the wireless keyboard.
5) Select pairing.
