Operation
Notes
1．Keep stains, watermarks away from the hearing aids before
drying.
2．Remove battery from hearing aids before drying.
3．Make sure hearing aids clean and no battery leakage before
drying.
4．Power specifications must be strictly observed with our
instructions to avoid serious consequences such as halting
problem or even burnt of machine.
5．Do not cover the machine when it is working.
6．The drying time must be less than 12 hours per day.

Temperature : Press the thermostat selection button to select 40℃
and 50 ℃. The default temperature is 40℃, so the red indicator light
at 40℃is always on . If need 50 ℃, continue to press the thermostat
selection button again. The 50 ℃green indicator light is always on,
and the 40℃green light is off. Switch between 40℃and 50 ℃.
Ending：The machine will stop heating automatically when the
setting time is reached. Accordingly, the corresponding heating
indicator red light turns off, and the corresponding timing green light
flashes at the same time. The drying process is finished and hearing
aids should be removed from the dryer.
Brush with loop & magnet : The loop is used to remove foreign
matter in the tube . The magnet is used to remove the battery from the
hearing aid or load the battery to the hearing aid. The brush is used to
clean the surface of the hearing aid .
Two battery placement: The magnetic suction force of the area
is used to suck the battery to avoid the loss of the battery drop.
7．Please pull out the plug after drying.
8．Do not try to disassemble or repair the machine by yourselves.
9．Keep away from children.

Placement: Remove the battery from the hearing aids first, then
open the cover of the dryer, place the hearing aids in the center
position and close the cover.
Power connection: First , Connect the DC output of round 3.5-pin
plug to the input socket back of the dryer . Second, connect the AC
input of +5V adaptor to power socket (100-240v) .It is indicated that
the power is on when the red and green indicators on the front panel
flash simultaneously.
Timing : Press the time setting button to select 3h and 6h . The
default is 3 hours . So the 3h green indicator light flashes to steady
light . And the same time , the 6h green indicator light, 40°C and 50°C
red indicator lights are off . If need 6 hours, continue to press the
timing setting button again. The 6h green indicator light is always on,
and the 3h green light is off. Switch between 3h and 6h.
The timing restarts if the timing button is pressed again during the
working of the dryer.

This product consists of control loop, clock, sampling loop,button,
indication loop, heating major loop and so on.
The working power supply of this product is provided with 5.0V/1.0A DC
power supply by external adapter. The standard adapter is suitable for
100V~240V AC. When the control loop receives the operation
command of the button loop output and the information collected by the
sampling loop, the microcomputer starts timing and comprehensively
calculates and executes the execution command quickly, and the
actuator heats the main circuit to work to heat up or stop heating; to
achieve constant temperature drying.At the same time, the indication
loop indicates the corresponding working state.
This product has two timing settings, users can choose one according
to the moisture level of the hearing aid or the humidity of the
environment. 3h can be heated continuously for three hours; 6h can be
continuously heated for six hours.

Soundlink AID200 series of electronic dryers are specially designed
for daily drying and dehumidification of precision electronic products
such as hearing aids. AID202 adopts a chip heating element ，using
automatic temperature control technology. The dried object and the
heating system are isolated by the middle layer, then heated air
dehumidify and dry the object, thereby avoiding damaging the dried
object by the excessive temperature.
Soundlink AID202 electronic dryer has 2 timing setting (3 hours/6
hours) and 2 heating temperature setting (40°C/50°C). It can be
switched freely by users:
a: 6 hours for high humidity in rainy season.
b: 40°C for high temperature in summer;
50°C for low temperature in winter.
In order to hygiene and clean hearing aids conveniently, we put one
piece of brush with loop & magnet in the drying chamber.

The heating major loop of this product uses 22 crystal heating
elements, dense array layout, directly applied to the PCB. There are
many hot spots, dense, fine, and wide distribution without dead ends.
It has the characteristics of balanced heating, fast heating and long
life.
The constant temperature setting of 40℃and 50℃is designed for the
convenience of the user to select the 40°C mode when the ambient
temperature is too high in summer and choose the 50℃mode when
the ambient temperature is low in winte.
