TOP HAT
SPEAKER
MOUNT.
Here’s what you’ll need to install it:
Electric screwdriver
Plus 4x screws.
Phillips Head (PH2) bit
PH2
1. Grab your electric screwdriver
and attach the PH2 bit
2. Remove the three (3) screws
attaching the Top Hat to the
cabinet
Heads Up! If your top hat has broken and a piece is
now inside the cabinet, then follow the next step to
remove it. If it hasn’t, skip to step 3.
REMOVE THE
DAMAGED TOP HAT
1. Grab your electric screwdriver
and attach the PH2 bit
2. Remove the handle bar and cup
via the eight (8) cabinet screws
3. Take the handle bar off and pop
the cup out of the cabinet.
4. Reach inside and remove the
broken top hat. Easy as that!
5. Re-attach the handle bar/cup,
and be careful not to over-tighten
screws.
REMOVE ANY
BROKEN PIECES
1. Insert the new top hat into the slot.
2. Drill four new holes with the screws that you
have.
3. Use the PH2 bit to screw the four (4) screws
back into the cabinet.
4. No step three. You’re already done.

by a SOUNDBOKS technician and will not void
your warranty if done as instructed. SOUNDBOKS
warrants the customer, under normal use and
substantially in accordance with SOUNDBOKS’
technical specications, full function of
SOUNDBOKS or accompanying products for
a period of two years from the date of the
original purchase. Any unauthorized tampering
with the SOUNDBOKS and its components will
void this warranty.
