How to pair SoundPEATS Air3-Deluxe?
At first, pen the charging case lid and take ut b th earbuds, then rem ve
the insulating film and put them back.
1. Open the charging case lid while the case is with en ugh p wer left, press
and h ld the butt n n the charging case f r 3 sec nds until the white light
flashes, b th earbuds will turn n and enter pairing m de.
2. Activate Bluet th n the device, and ch se"SOUNDPEATS Air3-Deluxe"

n Bluet th list t pair. If the device is successfully c nnected, it will pr mpt
"c nnected"
How to reset SoundPEATS Air3-Deluxe?
(Try the f ll wing steps if y u fail building c nnecti n between tw earbuds, r
between earbuds and device.)
1. Clear the pairing rec rd fr m all y ur devices. Place back b th earbuds,
the white light n the charging case flashes twice, the earbuds starts
charging.
2. With the case lid pen, press and h ld the charging case butt n f r 10
sec nds until the white light flashes 2 times, reset c mplete.
3. Cl se the case lid and re pen t activate the earbuds.
hy does the sound of the earbuds cut or noise occur?

Case 1
hen using the earbuds close to personal computers,
i-Fi routers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.
Refrigerat rs, micr wave vens, Wi-Fi r uters, pers nal
c mputers, etc. are devices that emit radi waves.
The earbuds may be affected by these radi waves when
using them in a l cati n with a mixture f multiple radi
waves.

hat can I do if the earbuds stopped connecting to my device?
1. Clear the pairing rec rd between the earbuds and all f the previ us
devices.
2. Try t clear s me pairing names n the Bluet th list f the device and
restart it then.
3. Put the earbuds int the charging case t reset.
hat can I do if the left earbud and the right earbud won’t work
together?
1. Please use a bit f light sandpaper r micr fiber cl th with a bit f
rubbing alc h l t clean the charging c nnect rs t ensure the earbuds
charge well.

hat can I do if the earbuds connect to my phone, but not my
computer?
1. UNPAIR the earbud fr m the ph ne, then the earbuds will l se
Bluet th c nnecti n t the ph ne and enter int pairing m de.

driver. There is n driver f r the earbuds. Bluet th drivers must c me fr m

then restart y ur system bef re attempting t pair and c nnect t
S undPEATS earbuds.

hy does the volume of the earbuds reduce after using a period of
time?
It may be caused by the s und h le being bl cked by f reign bjects. Please
try t gently clean ff the screen with a little alc h l t av id dust r secreti ns
bl cking.
hat can I do if one earbud is quieter than the the other?
1. Please try t gently clean ff the screen with a little alc h l t av id
dust r secreti ns bl cking.

2. Please change ther devices. Y u can try this way:

- Pair t a new device and play music

- Pair back with riginal device
3. Try t reset the earbuds.
hy the other side could not hear me when calling?
1. Please ch se t pick up ph ne calls via the earbuds.
2. Please d n t mute the ph ne calls.
3. Please clean the Mic h les t av id dust r secreti ns bl cking.
4. Please kindly adjust the v lume thr ugh the earbuds and devices.
5. If y u are using the earbuds with an Andr id ph ne, please check the
settings t see if y u have all wed b th ph ne audi and media audi t be
transmitted thr ugh the earbuds.
6. Please change ther devices t have a try.
How the Game mode works?
Air3-Deluxe ad pts the latest techn l gy t ensure l w latency in game m de
and make sure the s und sync with the image.
Triple tap n the left MFB t activate the game m de with a v ice pr mpt
“Game M de” and deactivate the m de with a pr mpt “Exit Game M de”.
CHARGING
hat does the LED on the charging case tell?
The LED flashes sl wly while charging the case.
Red light 0-19%
Yell w light 20%-69%
Green light 70%-99%
Green light stays n 100%
hat should I do if the charging case won’t charge?
1. Use a Type-C adapter t charge the case(current n t m re than 1A).

2. Please charge the earbuds and charging case as least nce per 3
m nths when n t in use f r a l ng time.
hat can I do if any earbud stopped charging?

As there is n light n the earbuds when charging f r Air3-Deluxe, y u need
t put the left earbud and right earbud ne by ne separately int the charging
case t check. If the green light n the charging case is n, the earbud can be
charged n rmally. If n light c mes n, please use a bit f light sandpaper t
clean the charging c nnect rs n the earbuds and try t adjust the earbud t
ensure there has green light flash n the case.
hy are the earbuds still connected to my phone after placing back
into the case?
1. The charging case is ut f battery. The case will n t turn ff the
earbuds if the case battery is dead.
2. Please make sure the earbuds are c rrectly placed in the charging case,
and the c ntacts n b th charging case and earbuds are clean. Please try t
clean them with s mething like micr fiber cl th.
The battery life is not as advertised?
A single charge will n t supp rt c ntinu us use f r 22 h urs. The earbuds
w rk 5 h urs f r a single charge and the charging case pr vides extra 3.5
recharges.

hat can I do if the touch controls do not work always?
1. Please t uch the middle f the c ntr l area, and keep y ur hands dry,
the earbuds may n t resp nse n wet fingers.
2. Please try t skip s ngs f r m re times t find y ur ideal frequency t
c ntr l the earbuds.
3. Please t uch the c ntr l area with different f rces/angles/time t see if it

4. An ther way f r y u t have a try: discharge the earbuds, then charge
and reset.
