How to reset SoundPEATS Air3 pro?
1. Clear the pairi g record betwee the earbuds a d all your devices.
2. Please back both earbuds i the chargi g case, make sure the led
i dicator of the chargi g case flashes twice.
3. With the case lid ope , press a d hold the chargi g case butto for 10
seco ds u til the red light flashes thrice, reset complete.
4. Close the case lid a s reope it to activate the earbuds.

Why does the sound of the ear uds cut or noise occur?
Reasons Workarounds
Case 1
When using the ear uds close to personal computers,
Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.
Refrigerators, microwave ove s, Wi-Fi routers, perso al
computers, etc. are devices that emit radio waves.
The earbuds may be affected by these radio waves whe
usi g them i a locatio with a mixture of multiple radio
waves.
Please use the earbuds away
from Wi-Fi routers, perso al

Case 2
When using the Bluetooth device in the pocket of the
chest or pants, or a ag while listening to the audio.
If the e gi e ear is diago al to the Bluetooth device, it will
affect the Bluetooth sig al. As huma body is the biggest
source of sig al blocki g.

What can I do if the ear uds stopped connecting to my device?

devices.
2. Try to clear some pairi g ames o the Bluetooth list of the device a d
restart it the .
3. Put the earbuds i to the chargi g case to reset.
4. Keep the chargi g case ope a d leave some time for them to pair with
each other. The please ope the Bluetooth of your device to co ect.

What can I do if the left ear ud and the right ear ud won’t work
together?
1. Please use a bit of light sa dpaper or microfiber cloth with a bit of
rubbi g alcohol to clea the chargi g co ectors to e sure the earbuds
charge well. A low battery ca egatively i flue ce pairi g.
2. Put them i to the chargi g case to reset.
What can I do if the ear uds connect to my phone, ut not my
computer?
1. UNPAIR the earbud from the pho e, the the earbuds will lose Bluetooth
co ectio to the pho e a d e ter i to pairi g mode.
2. Put the earbuds i to the chargi g case to reset.
3. Take them out of the case, the ope the Bluetooth of your computer to
co ect.
4. If those do ot help, you may eed to update your computer's Bluetooth
driver. There is o driver for the earbuds. Bluetooth drivers must come from
the specific ma ufacturer for your exact computer model. Dow load a d
i stall the appropriate Bluetooth driver from the computer ve dor's website,
the restart your system before attempti g to pair a d co ect to
Sou dPEATS earbuds.
My phone supports APTX-HD, APTX. Why could I only use APTX, not
APTX-HD?
Air3 pro supports AAC, SBC, APTX a d APTX-adaptive Bluetooth Codec,
except APTX-HD, so you ca use APTX which supported by both the earbuds
a d your pho e.

Why does the volume of the ear uds reduce after using a period of
time?
It may be caused by the sou d hole bei g blocked by foreig objects. Please
try to remove the silico e ear piece a d ge tly clea off the scree with a little
alcohol to avoid dust or secretio s blocki g.
What can I do if one ear ud is quieter than the the other?
1. Please try to clea the earbuds.
2. Please cha ge other so gs or videos. For some so gs a d videos, the
sou d effect is u stable.
3. Please cha ge other devices. You ca try this way:

4. Try to reset the earbuds.
Why the other side could not hear me when calling?
1. Please choose to pick up pho e calls via the earbuds.
2. Please do ot mute the pho e calls.
3. Please clea the Mic holes to avoid dust or secretio s blocki g.
4. Please ki dly adjust the volume through the earbuds a d devices.
5. If you are usi g the earbuds with a A droid pho e, please check the
setti gs to see if you have allowed both pho e audio a d media audio to be
tra smitted through the earbuds.

CHARGING
What should I do if the charging case won’t charge?
Please try to use a other k ow worki g chargi g cable to charge
the chargi g case for more tha 10 hours through your computer. Compared
to other electro ics, the earbuds are low power products. He ce for chargi g
safety, please do ot use fast charger.
What can I do if any ear ud stopped charging?
As there is o light o the earbuds whe chargi g for Air3 pro, you eed to put
the left earbud a d right earbud o e by o e separately i to the chargi g case
to check. If the gree light o the chargi g case is o , the earbud ca be
charged ormally. If o light comes o , please use a bit of light sa dpaper to
clea the chargi g co ectors o the earbuds a d try to adjust the earbud to
e sure the gree light is o .
Note: Whe you place the earbuds i to the chargi g case, please close he
cover of the case, the the chargi g should start automatically. As for Air3 pro,
if you ope the cover, the earbuds will search the Bluetooth automatically, so
the earbuds are actually co sumi g the battery while chargi g, a d power
co sumptio is faster tha chargi g.
TOUCH CONTROL
What can I do if the touch controls do not work always?
1. Please touch the middle of the co trol area, a d keep your ha ds dry,
the earbuds may ot respo se o wet fi gers.
2. Please try to skip so gs for more times to fi d your ideal freque cy to
co trol the earbuds.
