Tunina on the Am~lifier
The amplifier automatically turns on within a few seconds after remotevoltage Is applied.
If your system
is
set-upso that the headunitprovidesthe remotevoltage;then
it
would
turn on when your stere6 is turned on. Notethat there are alternate means of providing
the
12
volt remotecontrol signal, includinginstallingand auxiliaryswitch.
Adjusting The Audio Level

As
statedpreviously, it
is
importantto obtaina close matchbetweenthe source
unit's outputvoltageandthe amplifier's sensitivityor admittancesetting.
1.
Use a screwdriver to turn GAlN (MIN
I
MAX)fully counterclockwiseto MIN.
2.
Turn the auto sound system's volume controlto about one-thirdof its full range.
3.
Adjust GAIN (MIN
I
MAX)
to a comfortablelisteninglevel.
4.
Turn upthe auto sound system's volume controluntilthe sound beginstodistort.
Then immediatelyturn the volume downto a pointjust beforewhere the
distortionbegan.
Caution
:
Never
turn
upthe autosound system's volume controlmorethan
neededtoadjusttheaudiolevel, morethantwo thirds of Its maxlmumvolume.

Adjust GAIN (MIN

is
