Sovereign USB Memory Stick Player

Buttons Explained:
1 Play/Pause
Press button during play to pause audio, and again toresume.
2 Track Back / Rewind
Click toskip back a track or hold down to rewind
3 Track Forward / Fast Forward
Click to skip forward a track orhold down to fast forward
4Reset / SkipBook
Click to skip to the next book/folder or hold down to reset to the beginning
oftrack 1,folder 1
5. USB port
Insert theUSB stick into the port – it will only fit one way.
6 On/Off and Volume Dial
Rotate clockwise to switch player on, hearing a click and then continue
clockwise to increase volume.
7 Headphone Socket
Please use headphones with a mini jack connector
8.Power Socket
Only usethe ACcharger supplied with the Sovereign
Bookmarking
To play a memory stick simply insert it into the slot on the top of the player
(number 5) and switch on.The Sovereign will find the audio, let out a“bing
bong” tone and start playing automatically. You can then usethebuttons
as described above to navigate the audio content.

Connecting with Bluetooth:
Connecting to the Sovereign player via Bluetooth does not require any
buttons pressed onthe Sovereign.Simply search for and select for the
Sovereign on your bluetooth device (Phone, Tablet etc) and select connect..
you will hear a tone through the player when theconnection has been
made. Bluetooth is not useable when a USB stick is inserted.

Charging & Changing the Battery
We recommend your first charge lasts 6-8 hours andthere after charge for 1-
2hours as required. Donot charge over night, and only usethe charger
supplied with the player.
If you intend to use the Sovereign on mains power only, werecommend
removing the battery.
The battery should easily click out once the cover has been removed. Then line
up the new battery with the gold contacts and replace the cover.
Using Headphones
The headphone socket is located on the front of the player to the left of
the On-Off/Volume dial (in the 7 O'clock position). It is designed for use
with headphone's connected by a mini jack.
