Transform Assembly Instructions
Parts List:
(1) Packet of hardware
(2) Modesty panel
(3) Flip beam
(4) Two legs with casters (one right and one left)
(5) Table top (optional)

Step 1: Set the modesty panel on the floor with the trough on the bottom. Attach modesty panel to
the legs by setting the legs on the floor and aligning modesty panel holes with the holes on the legs.
Use short screws for attachment, but do not tighten the screws until the flip beam is in place.
Step 2: Once both legs are attached to the modesty panel, turn base upright and attach the flip
beam to the legs. Secure all bolts that hold flip beam and modesty panel. Base must be in standing
position for beam to sit properly on legs. Allow beam to fall to lowest point on both ends.
Step 3. If you purchased a complete table, place top upside down on the floor. Place assembly
upside down on the table top and attach base to the table top using the included wood screws. Line
up mounting brackets with the predrilled holes in the underside of the table top.
