CAUTION: Temperature probe may be hot after use, handle with care.
Children shall not play with the unit.
Do not use the thermometer for anything other than its intended use.

Turns unit on and off

Hold
Holds the current temperature reading until pressed again.
Note: This function is only available when not showing MAX or MIN temperature

Toggles display between Celsius and Fahrenheit

Max/Min
Single press to toggle between MAX, MIN and current temperatures.
‘MAX’and ‘MIN’will be displayed when showing the Max and Min temperatures
To reset the Max and Min temperatures, toggle until Max or Min is displayed, then press
and hold the button for 5 seconds to reset the limit.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Thoroughly clean the stem of the probe before and after each use with food.
1. Insert the probe as required into the food and observe the temperature.
2. When finished, carefully remove and allow time to cool before cleaning.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
The thermometer should be cleaned periodically and before and after each use with warm water and, if
necessary, mild detergent.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the thermometer probe and allow to fully dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
You must not dispose of the thermometer with domestic household waste. Most local authorities have
specific collection systems for electronics and disposal is free of charge to the end user.
CHANGING THE BATTERY
To change the battery, unscrew the plastic end cap on the top of the thermometer

Electrovision guarantees the product free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. Should
this unit be used under conditions other than those recommended, or any attempts made to service or modify the
unit, then the warranty will be rendered void. The product you buy may sometimes differ slightly from illustrations.
