machineuntilthewaterisalmostnofoamsofar.
Pleasenotethatthesnowuidlongtimeplaced
inthesnowmachine,thesnowuidbecomes
stickyandthesnowmachinecomponentsare
stuck,thiscouldmakethesnowmachinedoes

of liquidleakingwhenbeingoperatedupsprayorsidespray.Quick
connectormakesreplacementdirectandeasierwhenperformance is
ongoing.
•Built-inautomaticdetectionofliquid,iftheliquidistoolow,
theLCDdisplaywillshowawarningprompt;andthemachinewill
stopworking.
•Whenupspray,thehangingbracketcouldbedoneasatripod, and
be adjusted elevation angle from 50 to 70 degree to do special
parabolicsnowoutput,thesnowoutputlooksmorenaturaland
beautiful.
•Powerfulandstablesnowoutputcontrolfrom0-100%.Could
flexiblewiththespeedofthefan.Suitableforoperationinany
locations.
•50%and100%airvolumeadjustment.Quietandsmoothair
volumeadjustmentletthespreadofsnowsofter.100%highfan

Getting Ready
All products are thoroughly tested at the factory and shipped in
perfect condition. If damage has occurred during shipping, or if
components are missing, please contact your local dealer immediately.

Mounting
BURAN 1300isshippedcomplete,readytouse.Thebracketis
installedbefore shipping, the unit can be hung in any position. Fasten
the snowmachineontofirmtrussing(Usea20-kgratedorstronger
C-clampboltedontothebracket,enhancingsafetynecessarilywith
safetycables).Allowenoughspace(around20cm)onallsidesfor
proper cooling.

Set Up
1. Opentheshippingcartonandcarefullyremovethesnowmachine
unit from the shipping carton.
2. Besuretoremovepackingmaterialfromaroundthesnowmachine,
especiallynearthesnowoutlet.
3. Setthesnowmachineonadry,atsurface.
4. Fillthesnowliquidtothetank.Placethefeedertubewithlter
deepinsidethefulluidtank(Figure1-B).Pleaseusedealer
recommendedhighqualitysnowliquidonly.
5. Connectthequickconnectorwiththeliquidtankcap(Figure1-C).
Besureofwellconnection.
6. Plugmainspowercordfromthesnowmachineintoappropriate
powersupplysocket.
7. UseLCDdisplay&Functionbuttonsforoperatingcontrol,
or connect DMX controller for setting.
8. Orrmlyattachtheremotecontrolmechanismtosocket(Figure1-N)
onthebackoftheunitforsimpleoperating.

Functions of the buttons
1. MENU: Functionswitchingbutton;thenhavethenumericalvalue
changedbyusingUP( )andDOWN( ) buttons.
A. DMX Mode: DMX mode selection. Single channel, 3 channels
and 5 channels mode can be selected.
B. DMX Set: SettingofDMXaddress.Rangeofaddressvalue:
address=001~512.
PressUP/Down1.5secondscanchangevalue
continuously and fast, pressed UP/DOWN at the
sametime,valuebackto1.
C. SNOW V/A: Settingofsnowmodes,therearetwomodes;
Fixedvolume(=V)andrandomvolume(=Auto).
1. V001-V100:Fixedsnowvolume.Thenumber
after V is the concrete value. For example, V30
means30%.
2. A001~100:Interchangeofsnowvolumeevery
5-15 seconds automatically, do not need to
setting.ThenumberafterAiscurrentsnow
volume. It changes at random.

D. WIND H/F/A: SettingofAirvolume,therearethreechanges;
Half=50%,Full=100%,andAuto.Autois
randomeffect,interchangeof50%and100%of
air volume every 2-5 minutes.
E. Duration: Settingdurationoftimingsprayingsnow
(Duration=10~200s).
F. Interval: Settingintervaloftimingsprayingsnow 
(Interval=20~2000s).
G.FLUID SCAN ON/OFF: Settingofautomaticinspectionofuid.
1. When this function is OFF, the machine cannot
inspectvolumeoftheuid.Thismeansthatthe
machinewillkeepworkingeventhere’snouid.
2. When this function is ON, the machine starts
this inspection function automatically. Some
pointsneedtobepaidattentionto:
• Themachinecannotdrawuidinthecaseof
20to35secondswillautomaticallyshutdown.
• Whenthemachinedetectsthatnouidwill
stop,theLCDdisplaywillshow“NOFLUID”.
• Ifthemachinedetectsnouidduring
operation,themachinestopsworking.Atthis
moment,itisallowedtosupplementuidin
thetankandthenpressbuttonofManual
ON/OFF or button of Timer ON/OFF to let the
machineenterworkingstatusagain.
H.Display Backlight Setting: Therearetwomodes.Longpressing
oftheMENUcaninterchangethesetwobacklight
modes.
1. Lighted mode: displayappears“ — — FN20 — — ”.

Control priority order:
When both DMX console and VT-1 are connected to the machine,
appears problem of priority among the panel control, DMX console and
VT-1controller.There’snoapparentpriorityamongthethreecontrols.
Theonewhichhaschangeactiongetsthepriorityofcontrol.
1. If DMX values changes of each DMX channel by DMX console, the
control priority is DMX console.
2. IfwantingVT-1tohavethecontrolpriority,turntheknobtoOFF
then to ON.
3. Pressing Manual ON/OFF button or Timer ON/OFF button of the
control panel to let it get the control priority.
Important: Theonewhichcontrolsthelastactionhasthecontrolpriority.

Troubleshooting
This troubleshooting guide is meant to help solve simple problems.
Ifaproblemoccurs,carryoutthestepsbelowinsequenceuntila
solution is found. Once the unit operates properly, do not carry out
followingsteps.Iftheproblempersists,referservicingtoaqualied
technician.
Power Connected but No Snow is Emitted:
1. Checkthepowersupply.Plugtheunitintogroundedelectricpower
supplysocketwithpropervoltage;
2. LCDdisplayislitandcheckifitcanoperate;
3. Thecontrolpaneloperationiscorrect;
4. Makesurethesignalcablepolarityiscorrectandgoodconnection;
5. Checkyourcontrollerifincorrectconnection,testthebatteryif
powerenoughforwirelesscontroller;
6. CheckyourDMXaddresssetting;
7. Ifthepipeconnectedtothetankisinwellcondition;
8. ChecktheNFB(nofusebreaker)ifjumpoff,ifany,pleasere-press
thebreakertodotheresetaction;
9. Keepsufcientuidintank.
