Pleasenotethatthesnowuidlongtimeplaced
inthesnowmachine,thesnowuidbecomes
stickyandthesnowmachinecomponentsare

inrandom,andthesnowingeffectlookslikerealandverynatural.
•Uniquedesignof5.6literliquidtankletBURAN 1300havenoworry
of liquidleakingwhenbeingoperatedupsprayorsidespray.Quick
connectormakesreplacementdirectandeasierwhenperformance is
ongoing.
•Built-inautomaticdetectionofliquid,iftheliquidistoolow,
theLCDdisplaywillshowawarningprompt;andthemachinewill
stopworking.
•Whenupspray,thehangingbracketcouldbedoneasatripod, and
be adjusted elevation angle from 50 to 70 degree to do special
parabolicsnowoutput,thesnowoutputlooksmorenaturaland
beautiful.
•Powerfulandstablesnowoutputcontrolfrom0-100%.Could
flexiblewiththespeedofthefan.Suitableforoperationinany
locations.
•50%and100%airvolumeadjustment.Quietandsmoothair
volumeadjustmentletthespreadofsnowsofter.100%highfan

Getting Ready
All products are thoroughly tested at the factory and shipped in
perfect condition. If damage has occurred during shipping, or if
components are missing, please contact your local dealer immediately.

Mounting
BURAN 1300isshippedcomplete,readytouse.Thebracketis
installedbefore shipping, the unit can be hung in any position. Fasten
the snowmachineontofirmtrussing(Usea20-kgratedorstronger
C-clampboltedontothebracket,enhancingsafetynecessarilywith
safetycables).Allowenoughspace(around20cm)onallsidesfor
proper cooling.

Set Up
1. Opentheshippingcartonandcarefullyremovethesnowmachine
unit from the shipping carton.
2. Besuretoremovepackingmaterialfromaroundthesnowmachine,
especiallynearthesnowoutlet.
3. Setthesnowmachineonadry,atsurface.
4. Fillthesnowliquidtothetank.Placethefeedertubewithlter
deepinsidethefulluidtank(Figure1-B).Pleaseusedealer
recommendedhighqualitysnowliquidonly.
5. Connectthequickconnectorwiththeliquidtankcap(Figure1-C).
Besureofwellconnection.
6. Plugmainspowercordfromthesnowmachineintoappropriate
powersupplysocket.
7. UseLCDdisplay&Functionbuttonsforoperatingcontrol,
or connect DMX controller for setting.
8. Orrmlyattachtheremotecontrolmechanismtosocket(Figure1-N)
onthebackoftheunitforsimpleoperating.

Functions of the buttons
1. MENU: Functionswitchingbutton;thenhavethenumericalvalue
changedbyusingUP( )andDOWN( ) buttons.
A. DMX Mode: DMX mode selection. Single channel, 3 channels
and 5 channels mode can be selected.
B. DMX Set: SettingofDMXaddress.Rangeofaddressvalue:
address=001~512.
PressUP/Down1.5secondscanchangevalue
continuously and fast, pressed UP/DOWN at the
sametime,valuebackto1.
C. SNOW V/A: Settingofsnowmodes,therearetwomodes;
Fixedvolume(=V)andrandomvolume(=Auto).
1. V001-V100:Fixedsnowvolume.Thenumber
after V is the concrete value. For example, V30
means30%.
2. A001~100:Interchangeofsnowvolumeevery
5-15 seconds automatically, do not need to
setting.ThenumberafterAiscurrentsnow
volume. It changes at random.

D. WIND H/F/A: SettingofAirvolume,therearethreechanges;
Half=50%,Full=100%,andAuto.Autois
randomeffect,interchangeof50%and100%of
air volume every 2-5 minutes.
E. Duration: Settingdurationoftimingsprayingsnow
(Duration=10~200s).
F. Interval: Settingintervaloftimingsprayingsnow
(Interval=20~2000s).
G.FLUID SCAN ON/OFF: Settingofautomaticinspectionofuid.
1. When this function is OFF, the machine cannot
inspectvolumeoftheuid.Thismeansthatthe
machinewillkeepworkingeventhere’snouid.
2. When this function is ON, the machine starts
this inspection function automatically. Some
pointsneedtobepaidattentionto:
• Themachinecannotdrawuidinthecaseof
20to35secondswillautomaticallyshutdown.
• Whenthemachinedetectsthatnouidwill
stop,theLCDdisplaywillshow“NOFLUID”.
• Ifthemachinedetectsnouidduring
operation,themachinestopsworking.Atthis
moment,itisallowedtosupplementuidin
thetankandthenpressbuttonofManual
ON/OFF or button of Timer ON/OFF to let the
machineenterworkingstatusagain.

Control priority order:
When both DMX console and VT-1 are connected to the machine,
appears problem of priority among the panel control, DMX console and
VT-1controller.There’snoapparentpriorityamongthethreecontrols.
Theonewhichhaschangeactiongetsthepriorityofcontrol.
1. If DMX values changes of each DMX channel by DMX console, the
control priority is DMX console.
2. IfwantingVT-1tohavethecontrolpriority,turntheknobtoOFF
then to ON.
3. Pressing Manual ON/OFF button or Timer ON/OFF button of the
control panel to let it get the control priority.
Important: Theonewhichcontrolsthelastactionhasthecontrolpriority.

Troubleshooting
This troubleshooting guide is meant to help solve simple problems.
Ifaproblemoccurs,carryoutthestepsbelowinsequenceuntila
solution is found. Once the unit operates properly, do not carry out
followingsteps.Iftheproblempersists,referservicingtoaqualied
technician.
Power Connected but No Snow is Emitted:
1. Checkthepowersupply.Plugtheunitintogroundedelectricpower
supplysocketwithpropervoltage;
2. LCDdisplayislitandcheckifitcanoperate;
3. Thecontrolpaneloperationiscorrect;
4. Makesurethesignalcablepolarityiscorrectandgoodconnection;
5. Checkyourcontrollerifincorrectconnection,testthebatteryif
powerenoughforwirelesscontroller;
6. CheckyourDMXaddresssetting;
7. Ifthepipeconnectedtothetankisinwellcondition;
8. ChecktheNFB(nofusebreaker)ifjumpoff,ifany,pleasere-press
thebreakertodotheresetaction;
9. Keepsufcientuidintank.
