STEP 1
Line up top frame (1) with frame bracket (2) as shown below.

STEP 2
Attach lifting legs (5) and x
with M8x10 screws (6).
Do not fully tighten screws.
Slight adjustments may be
required later. Next, loosen
center set screws with hex allen.
STEP 3
Attach feet (3) with M6x25 screws (7)
and washers (8). Add levelers (14) by
hand tightening.
Note: If assembling small 47.5”
desktop refer to page 5 for
steps 4-7.

STEP 4
Lay desktop upside down
with small pilot holes facing up.
Put metal frame assembly on top.
Pull frame apart and line up
6 mounting holes. Tighten
all screws on frame to
ensure holes will line
up when mounting.
Note, mounting frame
to desktop will come
at a later step.
STEP 5
Flip metal frame right side up. Insert drive shaft (4) onto motor. Loosen drive shaft (X4) screws to expand
to desired length and tighten. See diagram below for greater detail.
Make sure drive shaft
does not contact metal
frame.
Keep drive shaft just
away from metal frame.

STEP 7
Mount control panel (17) with #8x3/4”(12)
in pilot holes at edge of desktop.
Mount transformer (16) in pilot holes as
shown below with #10x5/8”(11) screws.
Secure control panel cord around frame
and mount with cord ties (13). Plug control
panel, motor, and power cords into the
transformer.
STEP 6
Turn frame up side down like STEP 3.
Mount to desktop with #10x5/8”(11)
screws in the 6 mounting holes using
magnetic screwdriver (15).
*NOTE: Mount motor side of frame to
the left or right side of desktop depending
on desired control panel location.
STEP 8
Turn right side up.
STEP 9
ADD ADDITIONAL
ACCESSORIES AS
DESIRED
Plug power cord into wall outlet. The
green light on the transformer will be in
half-lit state. Press and hold “up key”
for ten seconds to bring to full power.
The desk should now be
functioning properly.
ADDITIONAL INFO
To reset: press and hold up and down
keys together. Wait for about 30 seconds.
Once you hear the motor signal (one beep),
then press and hold down key until lowered
completely (three beeps).
Do not unplug desk until lowered all the way.
If you do, reset as above.
After 10 minutes of inactivity the controls
become inactive. To reactivate controls
press and hold down button for 5 seconds
and then press and hold up button for
5 seconds.

STEP 4
Before lining up with pilot holes, ip
frame right side up and spread frame
apart enough to insert rod.
STEP 1-3
Same.
STEP 5
Insert rod, then close the frame to
the approximate desired length
(39 3/4” from outside to outside). Note,
tightening screws on rod and frame
comes at a later step.
STEP 6
Next, ip frame over and line up with
pilot holes.
STEP 7
Tighten down all of the screws on the
frame then ip over and tighten rod
screws with small hex. Take out the rod
screw that is over the metal frame.

STEP 8-11
Same as steps 6-9 on page 4.
STEPS FOR SMALL 47.5”VERSION ONLY!
The rod is too long to be inserted into the frame after adjustment
to line up with pilot holes. Therefore, follow these steps:
