such as a camper, tent, car or home.
Owner’s Manual and Operating Instructions for
Pressure Regulated Propane Stove
Propane fuel is highly flammable and under pressure.
- Do not store in temperatures over 120°F.
- Never use a flame to check for leaks. Use soapy water.
- Keep out of the reach of children at all times.
- Keep cylinders upright with cylinder base equipped
for proper vapor withdrawal.
- The smell of gas indicates a leak. Close valve and check for
leaks by brushing soapy water on all joints.There is a leak if
bubbles appear.Tighten the joint until the bubbles quit.
- Always check all connections for dirt or damage
before assembling.
- Do not leave stove unattended while in use.
- If stove is stored indoors, detach and leave the
cylinder outdoors.
CAUTION
- FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY.
- Supply plenty of fresh air when using the stove.
Do not obstruct the flow of combustion air or ventilation air.
- Do not use as a space heater.
- Stoves produce heat. Keep stove away from burnable materials.
Do not place the stove any closer than 24” to combustibles.
- Use a flat, level support surface where the stove is safe
from accidental tipping.
- Use only 16.4 oz. propane cylinders marked per
USDOT-39 orTC CAN/CSA B339 standards.
- Use only with propane fuel
- Use only the 16 psi regulator included with your stove.
Do not attempt to alter.

1. Do not attempt to light appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. Disconnect from fuel supply.
4. Evacuate immediately
5. Allow gas to dissipate 5 minutes
before relighting the appliance

PREPARING THE STOVE FOR USE
1. A LWAYS place stove on a flat, level, solid surface.
2. Open lid and raise wind screen panels. Insert wind
screen tabs into slots on lid, lock into place. (FIG. 1).
3. Make sure burners are in the off position.
4. Push regulator assembly firmly into the stove.
Tighten nut securely.
5. Screw a portable propane cylinder onto
the regulator.
6. The disposable propane cylinder will function most
efficiently if the bottle is tilted at approximately a
45º degree angle with the top up. (FIG. 2)This will
allow the most efficient withdrawal of fuel from the
cylinder under most conditions.

STORING STOVE
1. DO NOT leave your propane tank attached to the stove when not in use.
2. After stove has cooled completely, remove propane cylinder. Firmly grasp the fuel supply line and carefully
turn the propane cylinder in a counter clockwise direction.
3. To remove the regulator assembly, rotate the brass fitting in a counter-clockwise direction. A slight tug may be
required after it is unscrewed to pull the tube out of the stove.
4. Store regulator assembly under the grate.
5. Unclock wind screens and fold down.
6. Close lid and latch closed to transport or store.

SERVICE AND REPAIR
This product is a sealed unit and is not designed for repair by the customer. Do not attempt to service the stove or
hose and regulator assembly in the field. Contact the manufacturer for service or warranty questions
at: 1-800-421-6131.
NOTE:
Pots with concave bottoms are not recommended for use with portable camp stoves. Concave bottoms can slide
off wire cooking grate when pot is heated.

CLEANING YOUR STOVE
1. Allow the entire stove assembly to cool completely.
2. Remove the propane tank from the stove.
3. Remove grate from the stove.
4. Wipe down with soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Do not use abrasive materials.
5. A thorough cleaning is recommended after every 10 hours of use or sooner if burners become overly dirty.
6. Prior to each use, check to see that all gas ports on burner are clean and operating properly. If not remove from
fuel source and clean before usage.
7. No other maintenance is necessary or recommended by the manufacturer.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Stansport, INC ("Stansport") warrants that for the 1 year period you own this product, it will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Stansport, at its option, will
repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured
product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement will be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.This is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is
required to obtain warranty performance. Stansport dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling Stansport products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way
change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use contrary to the operating
instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than Stansport or an authorized service center. Further, the warranty does not cover acts of God, such as fire,
flood, hurricanes and tornados.
Stansport shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty or conditions. Except to the extent
prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty or
conditions. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from
state to state or province to province.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: DO NOT put hands or other body parts over the burner during lighting or when in
use to prevent burns.
FOR YOUR SAFETY: Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors, liquids or
chemicals in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
1. Partially open a ON/OFF burner valve (FIG. 3 - A), then press auto ignition button (FIG. 3 - B)
until burner lights.*
2. Adjust the flame to the desired height. Flame should be compact and blue in color.
3. Avoid getting dirt in valves, regulator and burner.
4. To shut burner off simply turn the control knob to the “off” position (clockwise).

*If piezo ignitor faits to light burner(s) after 5 attempts. turn o fuel and wait 30 seconds before re-attempting again.
For models without piezo ignitor, hold a ame to burner edge and slowly turn on burner valve until burner ignites.
