2. OPERATION MODES
COUNTING MODE
1) Remove all uncounted coins from the machine during the previous count
2) Batch amounts need to be a "0" for each denomination
a. Press "Set" key to view batch amounts by denomination
b. Press "Clear" key to set the 0.01 (penny) to 0
c. Press "Set" key to move arrow down to next denomination
d. Continue steps b and c above until all denominations are set to "0"
2) Place the coins into the hopper and press the "Start/Stop" key
3) The machine will start counting while sorting the coins
4) The machine will stop automatically when all coins in the coin hopper
are counted
5) You can add more coins and the totals will continue from the last count or press
the "Clear" key to reset
POWER SAVING MODE
The machine will enter sleep mode after 5 minutes. It can be returned to working
mode by pressing any key.

BATCH MODE
This mode allows you to batch a specific quantity of each coin denomination.
Standard batch quantities for coin rolls:
Coin Batch Amount
Pennies 50
Nickels 40
Dimes 50
Quarters 40
Dollars 25
Custom batch quantities:
1) Press "Set" Key to view batch amounts by denomination
2) Press "Batch" Key to raise the batch amounts by the following increments:
0.01 10 for each "Batch" key pressed
0.05 10 for each "Batch" key pressed
0.10 20 for each "Batch" key pressed
0.25 20 for each "Batch" key pressed
1.00 20 for each "Batch" key pressed
3) Press "-" or "+" key to increase amount by 1 lower or higher
4) Press "Set" key to move to the next denomination
5) Continue steps 2-4 until all batch denominations are set
6) Place the coins into the hopper and press the "start/stop" key
7) The machine will start counting while sorting coins
8) The machine will stop automatically when the batch quantity for the
denomination is reached

2. OPERATION (CONTINUED)
Coin Tube Attachments
The coin tube attachments allow you to sort coins directly into standard, paper
roll wrappers.
1) Remove the coin tray(s)
2) Insert wrapper into the coin tube with the crimped end down. Make sure the top
of the wrapper is below the top of the coin tube
3) Slide coin tube(s) into the proper coin slot
4) Set the coin roll batch quantities – see Batch Mode
5) Load coins into the hopper and press the start/stop key
6) When the selected amount of coins is obtained, the unit will stop. Remove the
full tube and repeat steps 2 & 3 above
7) Press the "Start/Stop" key to continue

200200C 5. SAFETY/WARNINGS
Cleaning the Machine
Warning: Before doing any cleaning, turn the power switch off and disconnect
the power cord.
1. External:
a) Using a compressed air duster or soft cloth, clean all external parts of the
machine. Do not use cleaning solvents.
2. Internal
a) Remove 3 external screws around the housing
b) Carefully lift up housing and make sure not to disturb connected wires
c) Using a compressed air duster or soft cloth, clean the sensors and other
dirty parts
d) Set the housing back on the unit, make sure internal wiring is not exposed
and power button is aligned

6. WARRANTY
Maintenance Notice
1) Do not put fingers inside the coin hopper or channel when the machine is in
operation
2) The machine must be safely connected to the power source
3) The machine must be used and kept in dry location. Do not operate in high
temperatures, humidity or smoke
4) Only use supplied power cord
5) Do not start the machine with the coin access panel open
6) Do not open the coin access panel when the machine is working

STEELMASTER®provides a limited, one-year replacement warranty for
this unit (200200C).
This warranty is limited and conditional as the following:
• One-year from the date of original purchase. Applies only to the original
purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompained by the proof of purchase.
• Warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or material. It does not apply to
damages in handling the product, general misuse, poor maintenance or shipping.
• Warranty liability does not extend or cover any loss, harm or damages from
miscounts or failures in coin counting. Warranty does not guarantee the absolute
accuracy of the unit in all environments and conditions.
• The warranty allows for the replacement of this or similar unit within the warranty
period only and STEELMASTER®discretion.
• All warranty returns must be authorized in writing and proper approved forms
included in the prepaid return package.
