Before using your new Portable CD Player, please read this
instruction manual to prevent any damage. Put it away in a
safe place for future references.
IMPORTANT
Use of different controls, adjustments or performance
specified in this operating manual, may result in exposure to
dangerous radiation.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
Do not place or store this player near strong magnetism
sources, such as TV sets, speakers or magnets.
Do not try to repair the equipment, it contains dangerous
radiation. In case of abnormalities, refer servicing to
qualified personnel only.
Never touch the lens.
Set the volume in a minimum level, later you can adjust it in
accord to your necessities.
To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose the unit to
rain or moisture.
Condensation may appears if you move the device from a
cold to warmer place, suddenly. If this happened, do not use
the player for few hours, then try to use it again.
Do not try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries
Do not mix different types of batteries.
Remove the batteries from the device when you don’t require
to use it for long periods of time.

CONTROLS
1.- LCD screen
Displays information of the current CD
2.- Backward
Press once to return to previous track. Press and hold to locate a
specific point in the current track
3.- Forward
Press once to jump to next track. Press and hold to locate a
specific point in the current track
4.- Stop
Stops the current playback
5.- Play / Pause
Press to play or pause playback / Resume playback
6.- Program
Use this function to program a specific playback sequence
7.- EQ
Press to select the EQ setting, you have next options: Pop,
Rock, SRR or OFF
8.- Mode
Press to set Repeat mode: REP 1 (it repeats the current track),
REP ALL (it repeats all disc), INTRO (you will listen the first 10
seconds of every track in the disc), SHUFFLE (random playback)
9.- Hold
Lock the buttons of the player

If you use batteries:
1.- Press Open (8) to open the player cover.
2.- Press battery compartment eyelash and lift it up.
3.- Insert 2 AA batteries with enough energy, and pay attention to
polarity.
4.- Close the battery compartment cover.

If a battery icon displays in the LCD screen, please change
the batteries.
Using AC Power Adaptor (included)
1.- Plug in the adaptor to DC ON jack marked as 4,5 V in your
CD player; then plug in the A/C Power adaptor to an outlet.
2.- The power adaptor attached to your CD Player must be
connected to 110 V~ 60Hz outlet.
Battery power disconnects when you connect and A/C
Adapter to the CD player.
Only use the supplied A/C adapter.
Be sure about your domestic voltage is the same of the A/C
adapter.
When the batteries or the AC power adaptor are not to be
used for a long time, remove them.
Do not touch AC Power adaptor with wet hands.
HOW TO PLAY A CD
1.- Open the CD player cover and place the CD, label side up.
2.- Close the CD player cover.
3.- Plug in the included earphones into the CD’s player jack.
4.- Adjust the volume to the minimal level. Press PLAY/PAUSE,
automatically turns the CD player on and the reproduction
begins, the track number and the elapsed time will show up in
the screen.
5.- Set the volume level as you wish.
6.- If is necessary, press PLAY/PAUSE to make a pause. The
elapsed time will blink in the LCD screen. Press PLAY/PAUSE
once again to resume playback.
7.- Press STOP button to stop reproduction.
8.- If you want to turn the CD player off, press STOP button
twice.

a) When the CD player cover is accidentally opened, the
message OPEN displays in the LCD screen and the
playback stops.
b) When you want to remove a CD, please wait to stop the
unit completely before you lift the cover up.
c) This unit can support 3” CDs with or without adaptor.
d) When you are at quickly search mode, probably the
sound level decrease. Finishing that function, the sound
level returns to the original level.

PLAYBACK MODE
There are 4 playback modes: REP 1 repeats the current track,
REP ALL will repeat whole tracks in the CD, INTRO will play the
first 10 seconds of each track, and shuffle mode will play
randomly.
While playing a CD, press Mode button.
Each time you press the button, the playback mode will change
in these way:
REP 1
Only will playback the current track, indefinitely, until you press
Stop. If you want to leave this mode without press Stop button,
just press Mode button 4 times..
REP ALL
This option will repeat all tracks contained in the CD. If you want
to leave this mode, press Mode 3 times.
INTRO
Use this function to listen the first 10 seconds of every track in
the CD. Press Stop once to resume playback or press Mode
twice.
SHUFFLE
Select this option to begin a random playback. Press Stop or
Mode buttons once to leave this mode.
If you enable random playback while playing a song, this
function will begin in the next song.
PROGRAMMED PLAYBACK (UP TO 20 TRACKS)
Use this function to program up to 20 tracks in a selected order.
1.- Press Play / Pause to power the CD player on. After 5
seconds press STOP once.
2.- Press Prog button. The track number and the message
PROGRAM DISPLAYS In the LCD screen. It indicates which
track is ready to program.
3.- Press Backward or Forward to display and select the first
track you want to program.

4.- Press Prog to store the selected track.
5.- Repeat steps 2 to 4 for each track you want to program, up to
20 tracks.
6.- To play the programmed sequence, press Play / Pause.
7.- To clear the programmed sequence from memory, press Stop
once
The programmed playback can be used only in Stop Mode.
If you want to repeat the programmed sequence, press
Mode constantly until the message REP ALL displays in the
LCD screen.
QUICK SEARCH
1.- Press SKIP BACKWARD once, to return at the beginning of
the current track.
2.- Press SKIP BACKWARD constantly, to return to preview
tracks.
3.- Press SKIP FORWARD to jump to next tracks.
4.- Press and hold SKIP FORWARD or SKIP BACKWARD for
quick search.
When you are at quick search mode, probably the sound
level decrease. Finishing that function, the sound level will
return to the original level.
DYNAMIC BASS BOOST
This function will enhance the bass frequencies. Just slip Bass
Boost to ON. To deactivate it, slip Bass Boost to OFF.
When you set this function, you will note an enhanced
sound, however, this function it will be good only in medium
volume levels. If the volume level is too high, the sound may
listen distorted, then turn down the volume.
HOLD BUTTON
This function causes the unit to ignore accidental button presses.
Set to HOLD so the unit doesn’t power on accidentally or play is
interrupted. The message HOLD appears on the LCD screen.

HOW TO CONNECT AN EXTERNAL AUDIO
SYSTEM
Connect the stereo cable (not included) to LINE OUT jack in the
CD Player. Then connect the stereo cable plugs to the CD/AUX
audio LEFT & RIGHT input jacks on your amplifier / receiver (Do
not connect to PHONO jack).
Always turn the CD player off before making an external
connection. If CD player causes any signal interference to
your TV Set or Radio, please keep it away.
COMPLEMENTARY INFO
Do not use different types of batteries, at the same time.
Do not mix new batteries with old ones.
When the batteries are not to be used for a long time, remove
them.
MAINTENANCE
Use a soft dry cloth slightly moistened in water or a mild
detergent solution. Do not use alcohol or benzene.
Your CD player was designed to reproduce Audio CD, CD-R
& CD-RW.
You cannot play any other kind of CDs.
Always place CD with printed side up.
To keep the CD clean, always handle by the edges to avoid
fingerprints or scratches on the playing surface, which can
prevent the laser bean from correctly reading the digital
information, or create a skipping sound.
When you need to write on the CD surface, always use soft
pens.
If any CD has fingerprints, dust, etc. clean only with a soft,
dry cloth.
Always keep the CD in its protective case or sleeve when it
is not in use.
Do not leave the CDs in a location near heat sources, or in a
place subject to direct sunlight, excessive moisture or rain.
