Fuselage:
Put wooden servo mounting together, fix them with CA, insert M3 nut into wood.

Glue M2 rods into 4/2mm carbon tube. Solder 1,5mm steel wire into coupler

Fix 2,5mm ball bearing with CA into bell crank

Slide servo + pushrod into fuse and fix it with M3 screws

Inserst bell crank and secure it with short 2,5mm steel bolt. Screw pushrod into clevis of bellcrank

Lift clevis of pushrod to servo and connect it with bell crank.

Secure removable nose with some windings of tape or drill 2mm hole left and right side and drill M3
thread through fuselage & nose.
Glue motormount with UHU plus Endfest 300 or something similar into nose cone
Do NOT press needless the fuselage in area between end of wing until beginning of vertical
stabilizer.
Wing:
Servocables are ready to use. If you have to change a wingservo remove cover and open surface.

Pushrods for ailerons and flaps are preinstalled. Just connect servos to receiver or tester and
pushrods will be visible.
Flap horn installation & glueing.
Aileron horn installation & glueing
Neutral position of aileron servos should be neutral of aileron. Never the less it can vary
because of different RC-products.
Neutral position of flap servos = 30° flap down. Flap is in neutral if you move servo to around
-120%. +120% = 60° flap down.
Use 2 pcs. M3 screws to connect wing-fuselage. In the back of the wing tape the small tongue of
the wing with fuselage
Powerdrive + RC:
Motor and ESC cables as short as possible
Battery Setup:
Motor battery can be installed from the front or through the opening in wing area.

Try that RX and RX powersupply are positioned as far as possible in the rear. Especially if you split
motor battery.

Level flight: fuselage on flat surface. Hor. Stabilizer trailing edge 126mm above surface

The Raketenwurm 4 is no model for beginners. Because of high speed you could threaten
material and persons if there are any model or stearing faults. STRATAIR does not assume
liability for damages!
