Test Operation:
After installing the Oxford dryer, please test the operation as follows:
1After connecting to the mains power, the machine is in standby mode.
2Put your hands underneath the air outlet to start the motor.
3Take your hands away to check that the dryer stops automatically.
4Leave your hands underneath the air outlet for 60 seconds to check that the safety
cut-out feature works and that the dryer stops working after 60 seconds of continual
use.
1After washing your hands, place your hands under the air outlet at a distance of
about 10 cm. The hand dryer will be automatically activated and you will feel the
warm air starting to dry your hands. Remove your hands from under the dryer when
your hands are dry and the dryer will automatically stop working 2 seconds after
you take your hands away. If you use it for 60 seconds continuously, the dryer will
automatically stop so if you need to use it for longer than 60 seconds, please remove
your hands, wait for 2 seconds then put your hands back under the air flow and the
dryer will re-activate.
2Before drying your hands you should remove as much excess moisture as possible
and when drying your hands you should rub your hands together which will reduce
the dry time even further.
3The Oxford dryer is for drying human hands and is not intended for drying clothes.
4Young children or mentally-handicapped people should be supervised when using
the dryer.
5Do not pull the power cable or cover the air intake with tissue or clothes as this will
cause the dryer to malfunction and may be dangerous.
Usage Instructions:
1If the dryer isn’t working or starts without you putting your hands under the air
outlet, please adjust the sensor length by turning the sensor adjustment as shown
in picture 1.
2The closer you hold your hands to the air outlet, the quicker you will dry your hands.
3If the dryer is used continuously for a long period of time, the surface of the air outlet
may become very hot.
