DISASSEMBLY
STEP 1:
Remove the top drain rails
from both supports. Save the
bolts for re-installation.
STEP 2:
Remove the seat back
and save the bolts for
re-installation.

DISASSEMBLY
STEP 3:
Remove the bolts to
the top supports.
STEP 4:
When the bolts are removed
use a stick or a broom to help
support the top while you work.

STEP 5:
Remove the rear inspection
cover and save the screws for
re-installation.
STEP 6:
Remove the bolts to the
basket support on the
drivers side. Save the
bolts for re-installation.

STEP 7:
Remove the bolts to the
basket supports on the
passenger side then remove
the basket. Save the bolt for
re-installation.

STEP 1:
Install the rear support
bars with the angle cut
side facing down. Use the
OEM bolts from the basket
supports.
STEP 2:
Make sure the rear support
bars are installed as shown
in the picture.
NOTE: DO NOT TIGHTEN BOLTS UNLESS SPECIFIED
TO DO SO. MUST BE ABLE TO MOVE COMPONENTS OF
UTILITY BOX FOR ASSEMBLY.

STEP 3:
Install the seat back sup-
ports with the bolt tabs
facing outward on both the
passenger and driver side.
Use the OEM bolts from
the basket supports.

STEP 4:
Securly bolt the seat back sup-
ports into place.

STEP 6:
Install the seat back using the
saved bolts from dis-assembly.
Finger tighten all for bolts into
place and then fully tighten all
4 bolts.
STEP 5:
Bolt the top supports to the
tabs on the seat back supports
using 4 - 5/16” x 1 3/4” bolts
with 4 - 5/16” nylock nuts and
8 - 5/16” washers.

STEP 8:
Attach the box support brackets using
4 - 5/16” x 1 3/4” bolts with 4 - 5/16”
nylock nuts and 8 - 5/16” washers. Only
finger tighten these bolts at this time.
Make sure you attach the deck support
brackets on the inside of seat back and
rear support bars with the tabs for the
deck
screws facing outward.
STEP 7:
Re-install the inspection cov-
er using the bolts saved from
dis-assembly.

STEP 9:
Attach the folding deck
to the deck support
brackets using
2 - 5/16” x 1 3/4” bolts
with 2 - 5/16” washers
and 2 nylock nuts. Fin-
ger tighten both sides
first then fully tighten
the deck bolts and the
bolts on the deck sup-
port brackets.
STEP 10:
Install the arm rests on
both sides. First using
the 3/8” x 1 3/4” philips
head on the inside of the
deck finger tighten with
a 3/8” nut and washer
to each side as shown in
the picture.

STEP 11:
Install the U-shape seat
back support as shown
on both sides using 4 -
3/8” x 2 1/2” bolts with
4 - 3/8” nylock nuts
and 8 - 3/8” wash-
ers. The upper bolt
assembly requires a
3/8” fender washer on
each side as a spacer
between the U-shape
seat back support and
the arm rest supports
as shown. Only finger
tighten at this time.
STEP 12:
Install the top of the
deck support riser
brackets behind the deck
frame as shown using
2 - 3/8” x 1 1/4” bolts
4 - 3/8” washers and 2
- 3/8” nylock nuts. Make
sure the bottom bracket
hole is facing to the rear.
Only finger tighten at
this time.

STEP 13:
Install the step on
both sides using 2 -
5/16” x 3” bolts with
4 - 5/16” washers
and 2 - 5/16” nylock
nuts. Only finger
tighten at this time.
STEP 14:
Line up the step
brackets to the holes
on the riser brackets.
Then rotate the step
away without moving
the riser brackets.

STEP 15:
Using the holes at the
bottom of the riser
brackets as a guide drill
through the bagwell
using a 5/16” drill bit.
Then install 2 - 5/16” x 1
3/4” bolts with 4 - 5/16”
washers and 2 - 5/16”
nylock nuts. Tighten the
bolts on both ends of the
riser bars.
STEP 16:
Secure the deck to the riser
bracket using 2 - 3/8” x 1
1/4” bolts 4 - 3/8” washers
and 2 - 3/8” nuts. Fully tight-
en these bolts. Fully tighten
the bolts to the step and
armrest bars. Fully tighten
all the bolts on the U-shape
seat back and arm rest bars.

STEP 17:
Attach the seat back
brackets to the seat back
using 2 - 10mm bolts on
each side. Only finger
tighten at this time. Then
attach the seat back to
the frame rail using the
14mm bolts with 13mm
nuts. Only finger tight-
en until both sides are
attached. Then tighten
all the bolts to the seat
back.
STEP 18:
Check your seat back to
make sure all the bolts
are tight and that the
seat folds out properly.
Install the C-5-77 deck
spacer according to the
instructions.
