Fasten strap to panel A
Fasten the safety strap 4a to panel A using
the screw 4c through washer 4b.

Fixing to wall
Drill hole in the wallboard. Tap the wall anchor 4e
into the hole until it is flush. Fasten the safety strap
4a to the wall anchor 4e using the screw 4d
through washer 4b.

For walls constructed of wood with drywall
-with a pencil mark location of holder position
-Drill pilot hole using a 1/8 inch drill bit 2 inches deep
-Attach holder to wall using the 1 inch screw provided
For walls constructed of concrete
-with a pencil mark location of holder position
-Drill pilot hole using a 1/4 inch drill bit 2 inches deep
-Using a rubber mallet or hammer insert wall anchor
into predrilled hole
-Attach holder to wall anchor using 1 inch screw provided
Ask local hardware store for proper
hardware if your wall is constructed
of materials not as listed
