THANK YOU for purchasing the Premier® Excel
Cigarette Making Machine.
Read these instructions carefully before operating your
Excel Cigarette Making Machine.
1. Make sure the crank arm is fully
pulled to the left and click into the
locked position before you start.
(Figure A)
Slide open end of the king size
cigarette tube on nozzle.
2. Fill the corners first and then deposit
tobacco evenly into the chamber.
Do not pack too tightly.
(Figure B)
3. Hold the machine firmly by the
grip handle, then pull handle slowly
and evenly to the right until it stops,
then return the handle to its starting
position. Gently remove your filled
cigarette from nozzle.
(Figure C)
• Clean tobacco chamber and nozzle after every use.
• Clean your Excel Cigarette Making Machine regularly by blowing
water to clean the injector, tamper, and tobacco chamber.
• DO NOT OVERFILL THE MACHINE! Overfilling the chamber with
tobacco will cause the machine to jam. It will also bend the crank arm.
DO NOT FORCE THE HANDLE! If it feels like you have to force the handle,
you are using too much tobacco. STOP and REMOVE some from the chamber
•To avoid jamming of the device, do not use the following types of tobacco:
– OVERLY MOIST TOBACCO (SUCH AS PIPE TOBACCO)
– OVERLY DRY TOBACCO
– VERY FINE CUT TOBACCO
• KEEP FINGERS CLEAR OF THE TOBACCO CHAMBER WHILE
OPERATING CRANK ARM TO AVOID CUTS OR LACERATIONS!
(see Fig. D)
•NEVER ROTATE THE CRANK HANDLE WITHOUT A CIGARETE TUBE ON
THE NOZZLE. EXTENDED INJECTOR IS VERY SHARP!
(see Fig. E & F)
• DO NOT OVERLOAD THE TOBACCO CHAMBER! DOING SO WILL
