Supra®eKEY®Adapter

Introduction
The Supra eKEY Adapter communicates with Apple products and provides an infrared
signal that is recognized by Supra devices. The Supra eKEY Adapter has a key ring
for easy placement on a key chain, a connector that connects to the Apple device, and
an infrared lens.
Use the eKEY Adapter
Note: To use the eKEY software you must subscribe to an eKEY service.
• Real Estate users: Contact your MLS,Association, or organization for assistance.
• TRACcess users: Contact your system administrator.
To use the Supra eKEY Adapter:
1. Open the eKEY software on your Apple device and start a device operation.
2. Connect the Supra eKEY Adapter to the Apple device.
3. When prompted, point the infrared lens on the Supra eKEY Adapter towards the
infrared lens on the Supra device.
Tip: Keep the Supra eKEY Adapter cap on when it’s not in use.

Warranty
UTC warrants the Supra eKEY Adapter for a period of one (1) year after the date of
purchase under normal use against defective workmanship and materials. The warranty
does not cover damage resulting from accident, unreasonable use, negligence,
improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
