Insert Casters into
Side Frame’s lower
extremity.
Secure Casters
with Locking Pins.
Lock the Casters by
firmly depressing the
top tab of the Caster.

Read, understand and follow all
instructions and safety rules before use.
Failure to do so could result in serious
injury or death.
The max load capacity of the scaffold (1,000 lb)
decreases when stacking units: one unit high =
1,000 lb / two units high with guardrails = 841 lb /
three units high with guardrails = 735 lb.
Never use the scaffold where contact
may be made with power lines or
near any live electrical circuits.

Magnum Tool Corp., Inc. offers a one-year limited warranty on the scaffold against manufacturing defect from the date of
purchase. Excluded from all warranties are inbound freight or freight losses. At its own discretion, Magnum Tool Corp., Inc.
will replace or repair this product and return it within a reasonable time. This warranty does not cover any damage(s)
caused by any incorrect or inappropriate use, care or maintenance. Returns are not accepted without a valid Return
Merchandise Authorization #. Please call us at 1-888-443-8889 to obtain a RMA number prior to sending back the product.

• Inspect upon receipt and before each use. All parts
must be in good working condition. Do not use if the
scaffold is damaged, broken or parts are missing.
• There must be a minimum of two side braces
installed on each scaffold level and evenly spaced
throughout the scaffold.
• Braces must be inspected to ensure locking
mechanisms are working properly. Any brace with
damaged locking devices should not be used.
• The wood platform must be fully seated within the
braces and locked with the security latches before
each use.
• Check the wood platform for loose or missing steel
frame components, large holes or thin spots where
the plywood has been worn. Worn or damaged
platform must be replaced promptly.
• Always use the locking pins to lock the casters to the
side frames.
• Follow assembly instructions and examine
thoroughly to make sure unit is properly assembled.
• Never make temporary repairs of damaged or
missing parts or modify the scaffold or any of its
components in any way.
• Store the scaffold inside and in a safe and dry place.
• Always keep the scaffold clean, free of debris and
all foreign materials.
• Do not expose this scaffold to corrosive substances.
Acids are corrosive and can affect strength of
scaffold.
• Remove or fasten all tools, material or equipment
before moving. Use extra caution when moving to
avoid tipping.

PROPER CARE AND STORAGE
• Always use this scaffold in conformity with
applicable local or national legislation.
• This product is designed to be used and stored
indoors. NOT FOR OUTDOOR USE!
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
• This scaffold must be used on a firm and level
surface that is free of debris, pits, holes or
obstructions.
• Maintain a firm grip and keep a steady pace while
climbing scaffold.
• Always keep the body close to the ladder as shown
in the “Maximum Climbing Distance” table (Page
2).
• Always climb up or down the scaffolding side
frames facing towards the ladder.
• Always step over the ladder to access the platform
when climbing from the exterior.
• Always keep the body centered between the side
frame’s uprights and keep three points of contact
with the ladder.
• Always remove casters when using this scaffolding
on stairs.
• Guardrails must be installed on all open sides of a
work platform where a person could fall from a
height of 6 ft (1.8 m) or more.
• Always use outriggers and guardrails when stacking
units.
• Always be mindful of coworkers working above
and below you, as well as others working on the
scaffold.
• Do not use during adverse weather such as heavy
rain, sleet, ice, snow or strong winds.
• Do not overload the scaffold.
• Do not use the scaffold if you are in poor health,
taking medications or any other substances, or
have been consuming alcohol, all of which may
impair your ability to work safely on this product.
• Do not use if the surface is not firm and level.
• Do not climb unless all casters are in locked
position.
• Do not create a swaying motion when climbing or
rock the scaffold.
• Do not climb on any portion of the scaffold frame
not intended for climbing.
• Do not jump from, to, or between scaffolding.
• Do not lean out or overreach. Always keep body
centered inside structure of scaffold.
• Never move the scaffold if a person is on or inside
the scaffold.
• Do not use powered devices to propel this scaffold.
Use extra caution near operating machinery.
• Never place anything under or attach anything to
this scaffold to increase height or to adjust to
uneven surfaces.

La falta de comprension y respeto a
todas las reglas de seguridad y el

máximas de 1000 lb. La capacidad de carga
máxima disminuye cuando las unidades se
sobreponen: una unidad de altura = 1000 lb /

No use este equipo donde pueda
estar en contacto con líneas de
electricidad o circuitos eléctricos
vivos.

• Inspeccione al recibir y antes de cada uso. Todas
las partes tienen que estar en buenas condiciones.
No use el andamio si esta en condicion dañada,
rota o con partes perdidas.
• Debe de haber un minimo de dos travesaños
instalados en cada nivel del andamio y espaciados
uniformemente.
• Los travesaños deben ser inspeccionados para
asegurarse que los mecanismos de bloqueo
funcionan correctamente. Cualquier travesaño con
mecanismos dañados no deben ser usados.
• El suelo de madera debe ser revisado para detectar
componentes sueltos o perdidos, hoyos grandes o
puntos debiles. Suelos dañados o muy usados
deben ser reemplazados prontamente.
• El suelo de madera debe estar completamente
sentado dentro de los travesaños y bloqueado con
los pestillos de seguridad antes de ser usado.
• Siempre use pestillos de seguridad para bloquear
las ruedas a los cuadros laterales.
• Siga las instrucciones de ensamblaje y examine a

firme y nivelada que sea libre de escombro, hoyos
o obstrucciones.
• Mantenga un agarre firme y un paso estable
cuando escale.
• Siempre mantenga el cuerpo cerca a las escaleras
como es mostrado en “Distancia Maxima de
Accesso” (Pagina 2).
• Cuando escale desde el exterior, siempre pase por
encima de la escalera para accesar la plataforma.
• Siempre mantenga el cuerpo centrado entre los
lados de los cuadros laterales.
• Siempre remueva las ruedas cuando use el
andamio en escaleras.
• Barandillas de seguridad deben ser instaladas en
todos los lados abiertos del are de trabajo donde
una persona pueda caer.
• Siempre use estabilizadores y barandillas de
seguridad al apilar unidades.
• Siempre tenga en cuenta otros trabajadores
trabajando arriba y debajo cuando use el
andamio.
• No use este equipo si tiene mala salud, toma
medicamentos, drogas, o a consumido alcohol,
todos los cuales pueden impedir la abilidad de
trabajar seguramente en este producto.
• No use en mal clima con mucha lluvia, nevadas o
en vientos fuertes.
• No sobrecarge el peso del andamio.
• No use si el suelo no esta nivelado o firme.
• No escale si la ruedas no estan en posicion de
freno.
• No cree movimeintos de balanceo cuando escale.
• No escale cualquier parte del andamio que no es
intencionado para escalar.
• No salte desde, hacia, o entre otros andamios.
• No vaya demasiado lejos, siempre mantenga su
cuerpo centrado dentro del andamio.
• Nunca mueva el andamio cuando esté parado en
el o con alguien en el.
• No use dispositivos para impulsar el andamio. Use
precaucion cuando lo use cerca de maquinaria.
• Nunca coloque algo debajo o ate algo a este
andamio para incrementar la altura o ajuste a
superficies desiguales.
