1. Power On – The system will enter the preview mode when power on.
2. Taking Pictures – Press “Capture” button to take pictures. Pictures will be saved in JPEG
file format.

4.Review - Press “Play” button to review the latest
data, press “Play” button again, system back to
photo mode.
5.”I” Information – Press “I” button, the LCD screen
displays file size, used space, battery status.
3. Video Recording - Press “Record” button to make video recording, press “Record” button
again to stop. The video file will be saved in MP4 file format.
When in the process of recording video, the LCD screen displays the following four status icons.

•6.Stand by Mode – LCD automatic turn off if no actions within 3 mins. Press any button to turn on the screen.
•7.Push to Talk – connect this device with 2 way radio and press “Push to Talk” button to talk.
•8.Turn off LCD Screen – Press “LCD ON/Off” button to turn off LCD screen.
•9.Infrared Light – press over 1 second LCD on/off button to turn on/off the Infrared Light. When in “Play” mode,
the Infrared Light automatic turn off.
SOFTWARE INSTALLRATION & TRANSFERRING IMAGES
There are 2 different software for this device :
1. Departmental – can be used for transferring files.
2. Individual – can only be used for reviewing images thru LCD screen

After installation, please run the “Individual.rar” software.
You will see below
Connect the device with PC.
Key in the password: “456789” and
select to review the video or image.
Press “Previous” or “ Next” to reviewing
the video or images through LCD screen

Departmental Software Set up
Make sure the device is turn on and connect with PC via USB
Run the “Departmental.rar” software, you will see below -
Key in Password: 123456
If it’s successfully connected, the status box
will show the connection time and auto
update the correct time to the device.
Key in any 8 numbers Set Serial Number eg:“12345678”

Press “VGA” or “QVGA” button to set up size
Change password –
Enter the Old, New, and Re-type
New Password and click “OK.”

Build-in Battery Charge – turn off the device and connect with PC via USB or use the attached adaptor to charge.
It takes about 3 hours to fully charge the battery.
When charge is ready, the indicator light shows green.
External Battery Charge –
Use the USB to connect the battery with PC for charging. It takes 10 hours to fully charge. (port 19)
Connect the external battery with device, then it can supply the power when build-in battery is low. (port 20)
While using the external battery, connect the 2 way radio through port 21.
