PRE-CONSTRUCTION KIT

Pre-Construction Kit Hardware
Pre-Construction Frame and Wing Assembly
The Pre-Construction Frame is assembled by snapping together all 6 plastic frame
parts, as shown below. Join the frame parts together by inserting the tabs into the
corresponding slots. Slight pressure is needed but they will snap together easily.
Continue until all 6 pieces are assembled into the completed rectangular frame.

Align and push firmly until
pieces snap together.

Pre-Construction Frame and Wing Assembly
Attach the wings, in the same way as
previously shown, by aligning the plastic
tabs to the desired location on the
frame and pushing on the wing until
it snaps firmly into place.
The 3000 In-Wall Subwoofer
Pre-Construction kit comes with
4 wings. These 4 wings can be
installed in any of 6 locations on
the frame as needed for
installation. We recommend
using all four wings, if possible,
though it is not required.

Attach Pre-Construction Kit to Studs
Need Help?
Hold the frame with the “SVS” logo facing out into the room and position the bracket in
the desired installation location. Using the included screws, or your own hardware,
attach one wing to the stud.
While making sure the frame is level, attach the second wing to the next stud.
Continue until all 4 wings are attached and the frame is fully secured to the studs.

Make sure the “SVS” logo
is facing into the room.
It is recommended to use a zip tie or other materials to
secure the in-wall rated speaker wire to the Pre-Construction
Frame. There are two locations on the bracket where the
speaker wire can be attached for later use.
