When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following:

• Before using check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds
to that shown on the rating plate.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or
after the appliance malfunctions, or it is dropped or damaged
in any manner. Return the appliance to manufacturer or the
nearest authorized service agent for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
• Do not touch hot surfaces.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs,
or housing in water or other liquid.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking
off parts, and before cleaning.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.
• Never switch on the appliance without properly placed bread
pan filled with ingredients.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are

steam must be able to escape freely. A fire can be caused if it

YOUR STEALTH GRILL
Before first use, carefully remove all packaging and familiarise yourself with the
various parts of your product. Clean the product as per the section “Cleaning and
Maintenance” below. Initial cleaning is a great way to become familiar with the vari-
ous catches, buttons and controls to assemble and use the product.

HOW TO USE
SMART MODE (closed grill)
1. Make sure you have removed all the packaging and cleaned the product.
2. Connect to the mains supply
3. Press the POWER button and the LED display will illuminate
4. Turn the dial knob to cycle through the various presets. The selected preset will
illuminate accordingly.
5. Once you have decided which preset you need, press the OK button to start the
pre-heating process. The light will flash during the pre-heating process.
6. When the cooking plate reaches the preheat setting temperature, the appliance
will BEEP to let you know that the preheat step has finished. The grill is now ready
to put food on it.
7. Open the grill and put the food on it. Close the grill. The control system will work
out the thickness of the food in about 5 seconds.
8. During cooking, each status bar light will flash accordingly to let you know the
status of the cooking. From PRE-HEATING through to WELL DONE.
9. When cooking beef only, it will BEEP for RARE, MEDIUM and WELL DONE. For
other modes, it will BEEP on WELL DONE ONLY
10. When the food is cooked according to your taste, open the grill. this will stop the
cooking process automatically.
GRIDDLE MODE (manual)
1. Open the appliance and press the 180° release button so you can fully open the
grill as a griddle.
2. Note: You can only use the Mprogramme (manual mode) when cooking like this).
3. Press power switch button to start working.
4. Select M mode and press OK button to confirm.
5. The grill will start to preheat and it will stop heating once the cooking plate
reaches setting temperature.
6. You can then add food to the plate.
7. NOTE: Smart mode is not available when using as a griddle

COOKING TIPS
• For best results, lightly coat the cooking plates with a little cooking oil or cooking
spray.
• Keep the plates closed when preheating.
• In SMART mode ,after the preheating is done, if you do not lift up the upper plate
to put in food, the appliance will switch itself off automatically after a few minutes.
• In manual (M) mode, the appliance has no detection function so it will keep
running for about two hours till the appliance turns off automatically.
• When the food is cooked, use the handle to open the lid. Remove the food with
a plastic heat-resistant spatula. Never use metal tongs or a knife as these can
cause damage to the non-stick coating of the cooking plates.
• There is a BEEP sound for “RARE” and “MEDIUM” only when you use beef function.
And for other functions, there only is beep sound for “WELL DONE”.
• Smart mode is only available when the appliance cover is closed.
• Smart mode as a warning sound to remind you to put food on the appliance once
preheating is finished. If you don’t, the warning sound will remind after 5 minutes,
again after 2 min. Then auto power-off.
• The whole machine will power off after 2 hours. This is an energy saving feature.
To restart, simply press the power button.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, disconnect the grill and let it cool down completely. Note: The grill is stays
hot for a long time after powering down!
1. Press the release buttons and take out the cooking plates.
2. The plates can be washed in warm soapy water (yes you can immerse them). Dry the
completely before returning them to the grill.
3. Remove the upper and lower drip trays with gloves, empty the drip tray into a heat-proof
bowl, rinse them in warm soapy water or in the top rack of the dishwasher and then dry
them thoroughly.
4. Note: before removing the drip trays, make sure the oil residues are properly cooled
down or it poses a burn hazard!
5. Wipe other surfaces of the grill with a clean damp cloth. Use a paper towel moistened
with a little cooking oil to remove the stubborn stains.
6. Reassemble the plates and trays to the grill.
7. Do not immerse the appliance into water or other liquid. Do not use harsh or abrasive
cleanser or solvent. Never use scourers, wire wool or soap pads.
8. Make sure the grill is clean and dry before storing.
9. The grill should be stored closed and in flat position. It can’t be stored upright.
We don’t recommend putting the cooking plates in the dishwasher as it can reduce the
life of the non-stick coating considerably.

As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour markings identifying the
terminals on your plug, proceed as follows: The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which
is marked with the letter N or coloured black. The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal
which is marked with the letter L or coloured red. The wire which is coloured GREEN/YELLOW must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter E or (earth symbol) and is coloured GREEN or GREEN/YELLOW.
