1. Remove the hardware from the mounting plate.
2. Place the mounting plate up under the bike frame with the rear stop in front of,
and in between the frame bars as shown on figure 1
3. Place the U Bolts over the frame and snug in place.
4. Place the front channel over the frame and attach the hardware as shown.
5. Center the plate with the sides and tighten all hardware
