Swiss Diamond designs and manufactures products with
consumer safety in mind. Please adhere to the following
precautions and exercise care when using your Jêt Mix:

• Read all instructions thoroughly before operating. This item is for
household use only.
• This appliance should not be used by children and care should be
taken when used near children.
• Keep the mixer and its cord out of reach of children. Remove and
discard the power plug cover as it is a potential choking hazard.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
are given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and an understanding of the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Unwind the power cord before use.
• Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a countertop,
become knotted or touch warm surfaces including the stove.
• To prevent electrical shock, never immerse the power cord,
electrical plug or motor body in any type of liquid.
• Do not place appliance near a hot burner or other heat source.
• Ensure the mixer is properly assembled before operating.
• Exercise caution when handling sharp blades, emptying the baby
food chopper and during cleaning.
• Use of attachments not manufactured or recommended by Swiss
Diamond may cause re, electric shock or injury.

• Always turn appliance off and disconnect from power outlet before
cleaning, assembling or disassembling attachments.
• Securely t attachments onto the mixer body before use.
• Keep hands and cooking utensils away from the moving blade to
avoid severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance.
• Never process extremely hard foods that may damage the blades.
• If food becomes lodged around the blade, release the trigger,
unplug the power cord and use a spatula to remove the food. Do not
use your ngers as the blade is very sharp.
• If using the appliance to blend hot food, use extreme caution and

make sure the liquid is not boiling. Utilize a tall container or mix
small batches at a time to prevent spillage.
• Do not lift appliance from ingredients while operating. Carefully
release trigger and wait until the motor has stopped before
removing.
• To prevent overheating, do not use the blender for more than 1
minute at a time, for the chopper do not use for more than 15
seconds. Cool at least 1 minute between each use. If mixer is used
rigorously for a long period of time, the motor will reach a high
temperature (exceeding 194 F or 90 C) causing the special thermo-
protector limitor switch to automatically turn off your mixer. If this
happens, unplug your mixer and allow 6-10 minutes to cool. After
the mixer has cooled, the limitor will “click” and you may begin using
your mixer again.
• Avoid mixing thick, dry or heavy mixtures for more than 15 seconds.
Cease operation and stir the ingredients before continuing.
• While the appliance is in use, do not leave it unattended.
• Regularly inspect the appliance. Do not operate if altered in any way
or after experiencing a malfunction. Immediately cease use and
contact Swiss Diamond for examination, repair or adjustment.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Swiss
Diamond or a qualied service agent to avoid possible injury.
• Only use Removable tool to attach or remove blades to mixer.
This appliance is intended for processing small quantities of food for
immediate consumption, and is epecially recommended for preparing
baby food. The appliance is not intended to prepare large quantities
of food at one time.
US VERSION USING: The Jêt Mix has a maximum rating of 600W using the
baby food chopper with 85 grams of beef at a temperature of 4°C / 39.2°F
The Jêt Mix should only be plugged into AC connections with the
appropriate voltage corresponding with the identication plate as
shown on the mixer:

Assembly and Operation
Please read all instructions thoroughly for assembly and
operational procedures.
Open your Jêt Mix and discard packaging. Gently wash mixing
container, jar and blades by hand or in the dishwasher. Do not
immerse the power cord, electrical plug or motor body in any
type of liquid. Thoroughly dry all pieces before use. Ensure no
water remains on blades or baby food chopper lid to prevent
water from entering the motor body when reattached. Use
caution when removing the blades as they are extremely sharp.
Blending blades must be properly attached to the mixer prior to
use. Attachments must be attached with removable tool.
This will prevent any injury from sharp blades.
To operate your Jêt Mix:
1. Plug power cord into a wall socket.
2. Insert blending shaft (C) in food to be processed.
3. Press and hold trigger (A) to turn mixer on and reach desired
speed. The more you pull the trigger the faster the mixer
turns. The trigger must be held for the duration of operation.
4. Work through the ingredients with gentle raising and
lowering motions, lightly rotating the wrist. Never lift mixer
from ingredients while operating. Do not operate the mixer
continuously for more than one minute.
5. To turn the appliance off, carefully release the trigger and
wait for the motor to stop before removing from mixture.
6. Remove power cord from electrical outlet, clean and store for
future use.
Do not press blades past silicon cover or it may cause
scratching of your cookware.
NOTE:
Before operating, chop food into uniform sizes to ensure smooth
and consistent results.

To prevent over-processing and splattering, begin mixing
ingredients slowly and gradually increase speed.
If the mixture does not cover the silicone blade guard (D), blend
using low speed.

BABY FOOD CHOPPER:
The baby food chopper grinds herbs, nuts, garlic, chocolate and beef.
1. Insert food to be processed inside the chopping bowl (E) with blade
and secure lid in place.
2. Align the blending shaft with the chopping bowl lid and apply
gentle pressure until the body clicks into place.
3. Insert power cord into appropriate wall socket.
4. Insert mixer into slotted area. Gently press the trigger to turn the
baby food chopper on and reach desired speed. The trigger must
be held for the duration of operation.
5. To turn the appliance off, carefully release the trigger and wait for
the motor to stop. Remove power cord from electrical outlet.
6. Gently pull the body away from the chopping bowl lid to detach.
7. Remove chopping bowl lid. Use a spatula to carefully scrape
mixture from the chopping bowl, handle the Interchangeable baby
food chopper blade (F) with care as it is very sharp.
8. Clean and store for future use.
Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the mixer as it can be
ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
NOTE:
Swiss Diamond recommends holding the blending shaft with
one hand and chopping bowl with the other during operation.
This appliance is intended to be used in households and similar
applications such as:

Care, Cleaning, & Storage
Cleaning your Jêt Mix:
Always unplug before cleaning. After using Jêt Mix, clean the
mixer body (B) with a moist cloth or sponge and dry thoroughly.
Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool which could damage the
surface. The storage cup and baby food chopper can be washed
in a dishwasher. Never submerge the power cord, electrical plug
or motor body in any type of liquid.
Baby food chopper:
Place chopper on an even surface. Remove blades from
chopper and carefully wash and dry. Use caution as double
blades are very sharp. Clean baby food chopper bowl and dry.
Quick Wash:
Rinse the appliance between food preparations to prevent
residue transfer. With the mixer body attached to the electrical
supply, immerse the blending shaft and blade into a jug of water
and hold the trigger switch for 5 seconds before continuing on
to your next task.
Choosing the correct mixing bowls:
Jêt Mix can be used in many types of mixing bowls. Be sure
that the mixer is tall enough to reach the bottom and that the
blades are properly attached. If utilizing the whisk or the beater
attachments, choose tall, narrow bowls.
Storage:
Remove the electrical plug from the outlet, clean Jêt Mix and dry
completely. Store blades in the baby food chopper bowl, then
securely attach the lid. Place the assembled baby food chopper
bowl in the back of the stand.
