Operating Instructions

Thank you for using our 15″LCD-TV. After unpacking, please check that
you have the following items: Operating instructions, Remote control, AC
adapter, AC wire, RF cable.
Before connecting the LCD-TV and turning the power on, please read this
book carefully. Please keep this book for later use. When it was loss of
function by electrostatic shock, please switch the on/off button for
restoring the function.

1- Safety notice items
Incorrect usage will cause fire or electric shock. To prevent this, please do as required when you are
installing, using and cleaning this machine. To insure your safety and extend the life-span of LCD-TV,
please read the following items carefully before using:
zPlease read and understand all the instructions before operation;
zPlease keep the book for later use;
zPlease comply with the warning instructions on the machine and in this book strictly;
zPlease comply with the instructions provided;
zPlease do not use additional devices that are not recommended by manufacturer.
zBefore operation, please make sure that the operating voltage of your unit is normal；
zDo not place the unit on unstable, dusty and humid places;
zNever put the unit in direct sunlight or near heat sources;
zAllow enough space for proper ventilation;
zPlease keep water away from the LCD-TV . If water comes in contact with the LCD-TV, disconnect
the power cord from the power source, then wipe the set with a dry soft cloth;
zDo not remove the back cover. If services were need, please refer to qualified personnel;

(1) Control Panel Illustration:

Control Panel Functions:
1- INPUT – Select the input signals : TV / SCART / PC / AV / S-VIDEO

Indicator Light Status
When a signal input is detected, the indicator light turns green. If no signal input
is detected, the light turns orange. The indicator light is red when the TV is in
standby mode.
(2) Illustration of Connectors
Connectors descriptions:
①、②：L/R(Left Audio channel / Right Audio channel) PC sound card audio inputs
③、④：L/R audio inputs (AV) from exterior AV devices such as DVD players,
Video Camera’s etc.
⑤：Power input connector, connect power supply adaptor here.
⑥：DB15 VGA interface, connect power supply adaptor here
⑦：Composite video input, connect video input from external device here
⑧：S-VIDEO input, connect video input from external device here
⑨ ：Antenna input, connect antenna connector or aerial interface here to
receive cable / aerial signal

6- Connection between different input signals
A) Connect with PC signal
You can use your LCD-TV as a monitor for your personal computer using a VGA cable (not
supplied).
Connection steps：
zRead the user guide supplied with your computer and ensure that it has a VGA connector;
zMake sure that the power of the LCD-TV and the PC are off;
zConnect a D type 15-pin VGA interface cable (not supplied) to the VGA video interface connector
on the PC. Then connect the other end to the VGA video interface connector on the back of the
LCD-TV. Tighten the screws on the VGA connectors once they are firmly connected;
zTurn on the power of the LCD-TV first, and then turn on the power of the PC;
zPress the INPUT button to set the video input mode of the LCD-TV to “PC”;
zOur LCD-TV can support the resolutions list in table 2. If the resolution you want is not listed, the
LCD-TV may not display the image properly,

B) Connect to external AV devices using Composite and S-Video inputs
Connection steps：
zRead the user guide supplied with your AV devices and ensure that it has Composite or S-Video
connectors;
zMake sure that the power of the LCD-TV and the AV device are off;

zConnect a Composite video cable (not supplied) to the yellow composite video connector input on
the back of the LCD-TV. Now insert the other end of the composite cable into the yellow
composite connector output on the AV device.
zAlternatively connect a S-Video Cable (not supplied, provide better image quality) to the S-Video
connector on the back of the LCD-TV. Now insert the other end of the S-Video cable into the
S-Video connector on the AV device;
zConnect the RCA audio cables (not supplied, white and red connectors) from the AV devices’ RCA
audio output connectors to the RCA audio input connectors on the back of the LCD-TV;
zConnect an antenna cable (CATV) to the corresponding interface connector (75 ΩANT) on the
back of the LCD-TV. Connect the other end of the antenna cable to the antenna output connector
on the VCR or DVD recorder. Now you are able to view and record a TV signal at the same time;
zTurn on the power of the LCD-TV first, and then turn on the power of the AV device;
zPress the INPUT button to set the video input mode of the LCD-TV to “S-VIDEO” mode or “AV”
mode;
C) Connect with TV signal
Connection steps：
zMake sure that the power of the LCD-TV is off;
zConnect an antenna cable (CATV) to the corresponding interface connector (75 ΩANT) on the
back of the LCD-TV. Connect the other end of the antenna cable to the antenna connector on the
wall or on your digital cable / satellite receiver. Now you are able to view regular cable TV;
zTurn on the power of the LCD-TV;
zPress the INPUT button to set the video input mode of the LCD-TV to “TV” mode. The channel
number appears in the top left side of the screen;
zYou can use key P+ /P- button or the number keys on the remote control to select the channel
you want to watch;
D) Connect with SCART signal
Connection steps：
zRead the user guide supplied with your AV devices and ensure that it has a scart connector;
zMake sure that the power of the LCD-TV is off;
zConnect a SCART cable to the corresponding interface connector on the back of the LCD-TV;
zTurn on the power of the LCD-TV;
zPress the INPUT button to set the video input mode of the LCD-TV to “SCART” mode;

7- Basic operating instructions
Turn on the LCD-TV
When the power button is pressed and the LCD-TV is turned on,
the indicator light on the front of the LCD-TV changes from red
to orange or green. If an input signal is detected, the light turns
green. If no input signal is detected, the light remains orange.
When the LCD-TV is turned on, the input mode is displayed on
the screen. When the LCD-TV is turned off using the power
button, the LCD-TV will go into standby mode and the indicator
light turns red.
Note:
The display of the input mode
will disappear in 3 seconds.
Switch Among Different Inputs:
TV / SCART / PC / AV / S-VIDEO
Press the INPUT button to select the input mode
you want.
Each time you press the INPUT button, TV, SCART,
PC, AV, S-VIDEO, will appear on the screen in the
order.
.
Note:
The display of the input mode will disappear in 3 seconds.
Audio control
1. Press the VOL + button to increase the volume. A number will appear
on screen indicating the volume level.
2. Press the VOL - button to decrease the volume. A number will appear on screen
indicating the volume level.
