GETTING STARTED
Connect the POWER ADAPTER into the back of the clock, and
the other end into a standard electrical outlet.

OPTIONAL: INSTALLING or REPLACING
THE BACKUP BATTERIES
IMPORTANT: Extended storage can cause
batteries to leak and damage the unit. Leaky
batteries should be discarded immediately. Skin
burns or other personal injury can result. Always
dispose of batteries according to federal, state
and local regulations.
IMPORTANT:
- Do not mix old and new batteries
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the
device prior to battery installation.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or
rechargeable (ni-cad, nimh, etc) batteries
- Remove the battery from the equipment which is
not to be used for an extended period of time.
- Remove used battery promptly
Remove battery cover.
Replace battery cover.
#2 Insert 2 fresh alkaline “AA”
batteries. Make sure to insert the
batteries matching
the + / - symbols inside.
Note: The battery backup feature is not necessary
to operate your digital alarm clock. It is optional to
have the battery backup in case of a power outage.
In the event of a power failure, the battery backup
will automatically continue to operate the clock and
maintain time and alarm time. However to prolong
battery life the time will not be displayed. When the
electrical power is restored the time will be
displayed. When the clock runs on the battery
backup the clock may lose or gain a few minutes
per hour. This may require resetting the time for
precise timekeeping.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
NYL Holdings LLC warrants the original consumer purchaser of this product
that it shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year
from the purchase date of this product. Defects caused by tampering,
improper use, unauthorized modifications or repairs, immersion in water or
abuse are not covered by this warranty.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period,
package your clock carefully and send it to:

You must include a Proof of Purchase, either the original receipt or a
photocopy and a check or money order for USD $7.95 to cover the cost of
shipping and handling. Also include your return address inside the package.
NYL Holdings LLC will repair or replace the clock and return it to you. NYL
Holdings LLC will not be liable for any loss or damages, including incidental
or consequential damages of any kind: from any breach of warranty either
expressed or implied relating to the product. Since some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, these
limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
FCC Remarks
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits

in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the

TIME SET
1. Press and hold the TIME button for 3
seconds until the hour and minute
digits flash.
2. Press the HOUR and MINUTE
buttons as needed until the correct time
is shown on the display.
Note: When setting the time, make sure
you are in the correct AM or PM period
as indicated by PM indicator on
the display.
3. Press the TIME button to save and
exit the time setting.
ALARM SET
1. Press and hold the ALARM button for
3 seconds until the hour and minute
digits flash.
2. Press the HOUR and MINUTE
buttons as need until the desired alarm
time shown on the display.
Note: When setting the alarm time,
make sure you are in the correct AM or
PM period as indicated by PM indicator
on the display.
3. Press the ALARM button to save and
exit the alarm time.
ALARM ON / OFF (HI / LO)
1. To turn the alarm ON, slide the
ALARM SWITCH to either the HI or LO
position. The ALARM ON indicators will
be shown on the display, indicating the
alarm is activated.
Note: When turning the alarm ON,
choose between HI (Loud) and LO
(Normal) Alarm Volume.
2. To turn the alarm off, slide switch to
OFF. The ALARM ON indicators will no
longer be shown on the display.
SNOOZE
Press the SNOOZE bar when the alarm
is sounding. The alarm will be silenced
temporarily, but will resume sounding
after 9minutes.
DISPLAY DIMMER
Press the Dimmer button to select
between the 3 levels of Display
brightness (Dim, Medium or Bright)
Note: If no settings are made within 5 seconds, the clock will automatically return to display the normal time.
If this happens, you will need to start the setting procedure again from step 1.

Compatible with wireless charging enabled smartphones. Other smartphones like iPhone need to use the included wireless charging adapters to work.
2.) Connect the wireless charging adapter to your
phones charging port. Fold the adaptor back
so it lays at against the back of the phone.
3.) Replace your phone cover.
*Note: The wireless charging receiver ts discreetly under
most protective cases.
4.) Place your phone with the wireless adapter on the center
the of the wireless charging area on top of the clock.
WIRELESS CHARGING

*Note: For maximum charging eciency, the phone must be aligned with the center of the charging area.
*Note: Phones that are enabled with wireless charging capability, may need to be placed slightly o center.
The built-in wireless receiver may not be centered inside the phone. This varies from brand / model.
