capacity. Exercise caution when listening to the product at high volumes for prolonged periods

retail activations, or from approved retailers;
• Notacounterfeit product. Any productthatissent to Syng for service
that Syng determines,in itssole discretion,isacounterfeit of a
Product will notbe: (i} returned tothesender or (the senders
representatives}, and (IQ covered bytheterms ofthisLimited Warranty;
• Returned to Syngwithin the Warranty Period applicable to the Product;
•Not an IneligibleProduct (defined below}; and
• Returned to Syng solely because of alleged defectsin materials
and/orworkmanship.
What is not covered or protected by this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does notcoverthefollowing types of issues,
damagesand situations related to, or that mayarise in connection
with,the Products:
• Any problemsinthe Products that resuk from yourfailure to implement
all bug fixes orerrorcorrectionsto the Products that are made available
to you bySyng;
• Any use ofaProducts in amanner for which it was notdesigned or as not
authorizedorpermitted in the user manual;
• Any use ofaProductswithotherproducts, hardware or productsnot
supplied by, and/or inconsistent with. the documentation provided bySyng;
•Deterioration ofanycomponentparts of the Products that are knownto
become worn or depleted with use (Includingbutnotlimited to batteries};
• Products with akered, deleted, removed orillegible serial numbers;

How to makeaClaim underthisLimited Warranty
Shouldyou have any concerns regarding the performance of your
product, and wish to seek repair throughthis Limited Warranty, you

• Notify Syng of the intention to make aclaim by contacting us at
support@syngspace. com duringtheWarranty Period and
providingadescription of the alleged failure;
• ProvideSyng with a copy of the salesreceipt of the Productand
the serial number of the Product. To validate yourwarranty, you will
need to provide, among otherthings, the original productorder
invoice, theserial number of thedevice, theoriginal date of
purchase, and some personal information.
•Our customer supportrepresentative will discuss yourconcerns
and ifit isfound necessary to return theProduct for repair or
replacement, theSyng team will issue a Return Merchandise
Authorizationand provide you with a return package and shipping
label, oryou can return the Product in the original packaging, only
use packaging provided bySyng. You should not return the
Productwithoutthis Return Merchandise Authorization, and Syng
reserves theright to refuse to acceptareturn of a Productwithout
this Return MerchandiseAuthorization.
Syng has no warrantyobligationswith respect to a returned Product
ifit determines, in itsreasonable discretion after examination of the
returned Product, thatthe Product is nota Qualifying Product. Syng
reserves theright to change these policies or procedures, including
this Limited Warranty, atany time without notice. If you have any
questions regarding yourrepair or replacement status pleasecontact

Guarantee of quality
If the Product or acomponent incorporated within it is no longer
available, Syng may, at Syng's sole discretion, replace the Product
with a similarproduct of similar function.
In addition, if Syng deemsa replacement is necessary, Syng may
replace your Productwith recertified productsor materials ("Syng
Re-Certified Products"). Syng Re -Certified Products are preowned
products that have undergone rigorous testing to ensure they meet
Syng's qualitystandards for cosmetic,performanceand mechanical
integrity. Syng Re-Certified Productseach have a 90-daywarranty
thatcommences on thedate of shipment of the Syng Re-Certified
Products to the First ConsumerPurchaser, or for the remaining
duration of the First ConsumerPurchaser's original LimitedWarranty
Period, whicheveris longer.
Syng Re-CertifiedProductsare repacked in Syng packaging,
completewith all documentation and, where applicable, the
necessarycables. Onoccasion, Syng Re-Certified Products may
contain minorcosmetic blemishes, and they are shipped in
packaging thatmaydifferfrom newSyng Products.
