Aufbau einer E/A-Station
Um den zuverlässigen Betrieb zu
gewährleisten, muss eine E/A-Station mit
ICS aus folgenden Elementen aufgebaut
sein:
1 Endhalter (z.B. CLIPFIX 35; Art.-Nr. 3022218)
2 InlineControlServer
3 Klemmen entsprechend der Anwendung
4 Abschlussplatte

Aufrasten des Sockels
Rasten Sie den Elektroniksockel auf die
Schiene (A).
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Federn und
Nuten benachbarter Klemmen sicher
ineinander greifen (B).
Aufsetzen des Einspeisesteckers
Setzen Sie den Einspeisestecker in der
angebenen Reihenfolge (A, B) auf.
Entfernen des Einspeisesteckers
Hebeln Sie den Stecker durch Druck auf die
hintere Keilverrastung aus (A) und nehmen
Sie ihn ab (B).
Entfernen des Elektroniksockels
Lösen Sie den Sockel durch Druck auf den
vorderen und hinteren Auslösemechanismus
(A) und entnehmen Sie ihn senkrecht zur
Tragschiene (B).

I/O station structure
To ensure reliable operation, an I/O station
with ICS must be constructed from the
following elements:
1 End clamp (e.g. CLIPFIX 35; Art.-Nr. 3022218)
2 InlineControlServer
3 Terminals appropriate for the application
4 End plate

Snapping on the electronics base
Mount the electronics base onto the rail (A).
Ensure that the keys and slots of adjacent
terminals interlock securely (B).
Installing the power connector
Install the power connector in the order given
(A, B).
Removing the power connector
Remove the connector by pressing the back
shaft latching (A) and pivoting the top of the
connector toward you (B).
Removing the electronics base
Remove the electronics base by pressing the
front and back release mechanisms (A)
together and pulling the terminal straight
back (perpendicular) from the mounting rail
(B).
