WELCOME
Thank you for purchasing the new Drip Coffee Maker SY-DC02. In order to fully benefit from this product, please read
these instructions carefully. Store the user manual in a safe place for future reference.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
oBefore inserting the mains plug into the socket, check that the mains supply voltage and current rating corresponds with the power
supply details shown on the model label of the appliance.
oThis unit has three brewing modes; please use the filter, separator and the mugs in the right ways based on the instructions mentioned
when choosing between the different modes.
oPrior to initial use, clean it by going through the whole cycle. Fill water to the maximum level, then turn on the unit and the water will
come out. Once finished, pour away all the water and the unit is ready to use.
oThe product should only be placed on horizontal flat surfaces, please do not place the product on inclined or unstable surfaces in order
to prevent any injuries.
oDuring usage, always keep the unit away from the reach of children in order to avoid injury as the coffee maker operates at high
temperatures.
oThis product should only be used to make coffee with water. Please do not insert any other liquid such as milk.
oDo not insert the mains plug into the socket if the unit has no water.
oWhen using the appliance, always pay attention to the water level marking on the interior of the coffee maker. Do not operate the unit
below the minimum level and never exceed the maximum level.
oIt is advised to decalcify the unit at least once a month.Any regular de-scaling agent may be used, provided that the relevant
instructions are observed. Turn on the appliance to clean up the scale and run the maximum quantity of water through the machine
twice without adding coffee.
oYou must put the separator into the filter when you make two cups at the same time in order to keep the same proportions for each
cup.
oThis appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
oDo not attempt to remove any parts of the housing nor insert any metal objects into the interior of the appliance.
oTo prevent damage to the power cord, always keep it away from sharp edges or corners.
oDo not place the power cord over or near hot surfaces.
oIf the supply cord is damaged, contact Sytech Service Centre.
oDO NOT operate the appliance if:
The appliance or the power cord are damaged
The appliance has been dropped.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
oThe product has three brewing modes:
1) General mode for two cups.
2) Adjustable strength mode for two cups.
3) Fast brewing mode for one cup.
oGeneral mode for Coffee or Tea: Add the necessary amount of ground coffee or Tea in each compartment. Fill up the water
container with the required quantity of water, close the lid and place the mugs into position. Lastly, turn on the switch for the unit to
start functioning.
oAdjustable strength mode for coffee or tea: Insert the separator into the filter, and add the desired amount of ground coffee or tea in
each compartment. Fill up the water container with the required quantity of water, close the lid and place the mugs into position.
Lastly, turn on the switch for the unit to start functioning.
oFast brewing mode for coffee or tea: Take out the separator and add the necessary amount of ground coffee or tea, and fill up the
water container with no more than one cup of water (MIN water marking). Close the lid and place the mugs into position. Lastly, turn on
the switch for the unit to start functioning.
oTurn off the unit after the machine has stopped dripping. Wait for 1 minute and then take out the filter basket to clean.
oTemperature Control device: When the appliance is turned on without water OR once the water has finished in the container during
brewing process, the temperature will increase and the temperature control device will cut off the power automatically preventing the
unit from burning.
oThermo fuse device: This unit is equipped with a secondary temperature protection. In case the temperature control device fails, the
thermo fuse device will cut off the power. At this point unplug the appliance at once.

BIENVENIDO
Enhorabuena por la compra de su cafetera de goteo SY-DC02. Para sacar el mayor partido a la cafetera, es recomendable que lea
atentamente este manual de usuario y que lo conserve en un lugar seguro para futuras consultas.
PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
oAntes de conectar la unidad a la toma de corriente, compruebe que el voltaje de la unidad se corresponde con el voltaje de su hogar.
oEsta unidad tiene tres modos de funcionamiento. Asegúrese de que usa los filtros, las tazas y el resto de las partes de la unidad de forma
correcta.
oAntes del primer uso, deberá limpiar el aparato. Llene el deposito hasta el nivel máximo, enciende el aparato y deje que salga todo el agua.
una vez acabado este proceso, la cafetera estará lista para utilizar.
oEl producto debe colocarse sobre una superficie horizontal, plana y estable. No coloque la unidad sobra una superficie inclinada o inestable
para evitar peligros.
oDurante el uso de la unidad, el producto debe colocarse en una zona que no sea fácilmente accesible por los niños para evitar daños
provocados por el vertido de agua caliente.
oEn el depósito de la unidad solo se puede añadir agua; no añada cualquier otro tipo de líquido como leche.
oPara evitar cualquier peligro, no conecte la unidad a la toma de corriente si no hay agua en el depósito.
oLlene el depósito de la unidad atendiendo a los límites MAX y MIN indicados.
oEs aconsejable descalcificar la cafetera una vez al mes. Añada decalcificador y llene el depósito con agua; deje reposar durante 5 minutos.
Encienda la unidad para limpiar. Encienda y apague la unidad si lo cree necesario, para limpiar con más intensidad. Use la unidad dos veces
con el depósito lleno de agua (no use café) para eliminar las partículas restantes.
oRecuerde que debe poner el separador del filtro cuando haga dos tazas de café para mantener la misma proporción de café en las dos tazas.
oEste aparato no está diseñado para ser utilizado por personas (incluyendo niños) con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas,
o con falta de experiencia y conocimiento, a no ser que sean supervisados o que una persona responsable les haya enseñado el uso del
aparato por su seguridad.
oNo intente quitar ninguna parte de la carcasa ni introduzca objetos metálicos en el interior del aparato.
oPara evitar dañar el cable, manténgalo siempre alejado de bordes o esquinas afiladas.
oNo coloque el cable sobre o cerca de una superficie caliente.
oSi el cable de alimentación está dañado, contacte con el Centro de Reparaciones de Sytech.
oNO utilice el aparato si:
El aparato o el cable está dañado.
El aparato se ha caído.

DESCRIPCIÓN FUNCIONAL
oLa unidad dispone de tres procesos:
1. Modo general para dos tazas
2. intensidad ajustable para dos tazas
3. preparación rápida de te o café para una taza.
oModo general para dos tazas. Extraiga el separador del filtro; añada la cantidad de café molido o de café necesario. Llene el depósito con
agua, con la cantidad necesaria. Cierre la tapa y coloque las tazas en la posición correcta. Encienda la unidad para ponerlo en
funcionamiento.
oIntensidad ajustable para dos tazas. Coloque el separador del filtro en el interior del filtro de la unidad; añada la cantidad de café molido o de
té necesario (recuerde de graduar al gusto la cantidad de café y de té en cada lado del filtro). Llene el depósito con agua, con la cantidad
necesaria. Cierre la tapa y coloque las tazas en la posición correcta. Encienda la unidad para ponerlo en funcionamiento.
oPreparación rápida de té o café para una taza. Extraiga el separador del filtro; añada la cantidad de café molido o de té necesario. Añada solo
una taza de agua; justo por encima del valor MIN. Cierre la tapa y coloque la taza en la posición correcta. Encienda la unidad para ponerlo en
funcionamiento.
oApague la unidad cuando haya parado de gotear. Espere 1 minuto antes de extraer las tazas y el filtro. Atención: el contenido estará muy
caliente.
oDispositivo de control de la temperatura: Cuando la unidad esté encendida, sin agua o al final del proceso del café, la temperatura aumentará
y el dispositivo de control de la temperatura detendrá el suministro de electricidad de forma automática.
oDispositivo termo-fusible: La unidad tiene un segundo dispositivo de protección de la temperatura. En caso que el dispositivo de control de la
temperatura no funcione de forma correcta, el dispositivo termo-fusible detendrá la alimentación de corriente. Cuando se haya cortado el
suministro, desenchufe la unidad de la toma de corriente inmediatamente.
