TAHE | 11’6 E-BREZZE PERFORMER 5
SAFETY WARNING REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR E-SUP
• Please follow carefully the recommendations in this manual and the other supplementary
information available on-line.
• Do not use the E-SUP in any other way than it was designed for: the motor is there to assist,
not take the place of your paddling. It is not a motorised board.
• Your new board is not a toy and must be used responsibly and treated with respect. We strongly
recommend that you learn how to use your E-SUP on a stretch of flat-calm water, with few or no
waves and minimum water current and wind, for obvious safety reasons.
• The time and distance possibility of the motor depends on three factors: the size/weight of the rider,
the amount/duration of assistance you use, the water/wind conditions. The motor is there to assist
your paddling. In the event of motor problems, your principal means of propulsion is your paddle.
• Always be sure that you never go too far and can still paddle home in the event of a problem.
• Choose a launch site and spot adequately adapted to SUP, a reasonable distance from swimmers
and other water users, wherever you want to get on the water. Always paddle responsibly and be
courteous with other water users (swimmers, surfers….). If possible, carry a waterproof mobile
phone or a phone in a watertight pouch to use in case of accident or emergency.
• It is your personal responsibility to make yourself aware of any local laws and legislation regarding
where the sport is authorised. And where not.
