allow easy movement. Avoid loose jackets,
mufflers, ties, scarves, or loose shirt sleeves to
prevent from bein cau ht by movin parts.
Recommended protective items:
•Helmet
•Mask
•Earphone
•Protective o les
•Suitable clothes
•Reflective tapes
•Safety loves
•Safety shoes
It is recommended to have a fire extin uisher and a
first aid kit in the vehicle. Operator must know the

BASIC SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
FOR MAINTENANCE
Always follow these maintenance instructions
before operatin the tractor:
Immediately repair the head li hts and work lamps
required to conform to traffic re ulations where
the tractor is operated.
Keep tractor steps clean to avoid accidents due to
slippa e. Dust, mud, snow, ice, etc. must be
removed from the pedals and brakes as they may
cause slippa e.
Cover the PTO shaft with a uard when not bein
used.
Be sure to apply the brake and lower any
attachment or implement before disassemblin
any part.
Never adjust or service the tractor when it is in
motion or while the en ine is runnin . Always
adjust the brake or clutch properly in accordance
with the adjustin procedure in the instruction
book.
Do not remove the radiator cap while the en ine is
runnin . Shut down the en ine and wait until it
cools sufficiently. For removal, turn the cap to the
first stop to relieve pressure. Do not touch en ine,
muffler, exhaust pipe or exhaust manifold while
the tractor is runnin or just after runnin , wait
until these parts are cold before performin any
procedures.
Hydraulic oil or fuel escapin under pressure can
penetrate the skin, causin serious injury. Before
disconnectin oil or fuel lines, be sure to relieve all
pressure. Before restorin pressure after repair, be
sure all connections are ti ht and all hydraulic
components are in normal condition.
Pressure oil may not be observed visually. You may
use a carton for detection purposes. If injured by
leakin fluid, see a doctor immediately for proper
treatment.
When refuelin , be particularly careful first to stop
the en ine completely to prevent the fuel from
i nitin . Never refuel in the presence of an open
flame or while smokin . Always use funnel when
addin fuel and refuel only out of doors. When
refuelin is completed, wipe any spilled fuel off the
tractor and securely fasten the cap of the fuel tank.
Before drivin the tractor, perform daily
inspections such as controllin oil level, fuel level,
tire air pressure, etc.

The steerin wheel always has built-in play to some
extent, which is required for smooth workin of
sector ear and pinion ear. Always inspect the
amount of the play. Do not operate the tractor if
there is too much or too little play in the steerin .
OPERATING THE TRACTOR
Before Starting and Driving the Tractor
Operate the tractor only when seated properly in

release the clutch pedal slowly. Abrupt releasin
causes the tractor to jump off.
Before leavin the tractor, stop the en ine, remove
the key, apply the parkin brake and make sure
that the en ine has come to a complete stop, and
any attachment is completely touchin the round.
Do not leave the seat before tractor and the

notice you easily.
For travellin on roads and streets be sure to lock
both brake pedals together before driving to
prevent either brake from acting independently.
Never operate the differential lock while drivin at
hi h speed or travellin on the road. For drivin the
4-WO tractor on the road, be sure to place the 4-
WD shift lever in OFF position.
In case you notice a loose bolt or any dama e on

Towing and Operating on Hills
For towin work on downward slope, place the
shift lever in low speed and use en ine brake.
Never try to reduce the speed with brake only.
Towin a heavy object on a hill is hi hly hazardous.
Widen the tread of the tractor and mount the
wheel wei ht or chassis wei ht to increase the
stability and operate with extra caution. If
necessary, connect front wheels drawbar (4WD).
When operatin the tractor on hi her a steep slope
or flat round, be sure not to suddenly steer, brake
or operate clutch or attachments.
Do not operate the tractor at the ed e of cliff or
steep slope. Be particularly careful ri ht after the
rain when soil is soft and may ive way easily. If
necessary, connect front wheels drawbar (4WD).
Always load the tractor based on the axle loads
defined in this manual while towin with tractor.
For towin , be sure to use the drawbar only. Set
the hitch point below the center line of the rear
axle. When usin a chain, never try to move
forward abruptly. When usin a lon chain or cable
to hitch the tractor to the load, drive the tractor
