5GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
Read all instructions and safety warnings. Failure to follow the instructions in this section could result
in electric shock, fire, and / or serious bodily injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future
reference. The term “power tool” used in this warning chapter refers to the mains powered (corded)
power tool.
5.1 Working area
•Keep the work area clean, tidy and well lit. Overcrowded and poorly lit areas are conducive to
workplace accidents.
•Do not use power tools in potentially explosive atmospheres, as well as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or powders. Power tools create sparks which can ignite dust or fumes.
•Keep children and bystanders away when using the power tool.
•Distractions can cause you to lose control of the machine.
5.2 Electrical safety
•Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to that indicated on the nameplate.
•The machine plug must fit into the socket. The plug must not be modified in any way. Do not
use an adapter with grounded power tools. Using unmodified plugs and proper electrical
outlets reduces the risk of electric shock.
•Avoid physical contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, stoves and
refrigerators. If your body is earthed, the risk of electric shock is greater.
•Do not damage the cable. Never use the cord to carry, pull or unplug the power tool. Keep the
cord away from sources of heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. A damaged or entangled cord
increases the risk of electric shock.
•When working with a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. This
type of cable reduces the risk of fatal electric shock
•If a power tool is to be operated in a wet location, use a power supply protected by a residual

current device (RCD). Using such a device reduces the risk of electric shock.
5.3 Personal safety
•Be careful. Focus on the work you are doing and use power tools wisely. Do not use the
appliance when you are tired or under the influence of narcotics, alcohol or drugs. A moment
of inattention while operating a power tool can cause serious personal injury.
• Use PPE's. Always wear protective glasses. Proper safety equipment such as a dust mask,
non-slip safety shoes, protective helmet, or protective headphones will reduce the risk of
personal injury.
• Avoid inadvertent start-up. Make sure the switch is off before plugging in the tool. Carrying
a power tool with your finger on the switch or plugging in a power tool when the switch is in
ON position favors accidents.
• Remove adjusting keys before turning tool on. A wrench remaining in a moving part of the
tool can cause personal injury.
• Don't overestimate yourself. Always keep a firm footing. This will allow better control of the
tool in unexpected situations.
• Wear suitable clothing. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair, clothing, and gloves
away from moving parts. Loose-fitting clothing, jewelry, and long hair can get caught in
moving parts.
5.4 Use and care of power tools
• Do not force the tool. Use the right power tool for your job. With the right tool, you can
work better and safer, at the rate for which it was designed.
• Do not use any electric tool whose switch is defective. A power tool that cannot be turned
on and off is dangerous and must be repaired.
• Disconnect the plug from the outlet before making any adjustments to the tool, such as
changing accessories or storing the tool. These preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
accidental tool start-up.
• Store tools out of the reach of children. Do not allow a person unfamiliar with these
instructions to use the tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of an untrained person.
•Maintenance. Check the alignment or union of moving parts, the absence of parts and any
other situation that could affect the operation of the tool. If the tool is damaged, have it
repaired before use. Many accidents are due to lack of maintenance. It is advisable to
establish a maintenance plan for the tool.
• Use only accessories authorized by the equipment manufacturer for your model of tool.
Accessories that are appropriate for one tool can be dangerous when used on other
equipment.

• Use the power tool, accessories, etc. as indicated in these instructions. Always consider the
working conditions and the job itself. Improper use of power tools can lead to dangerous
situations.

parts authorized by the manufacturer. In this way, compliance with the necessary safety rules
will be guaranteed.

7USE
7.1 Switches (PICTURE 2)
The Aplijun turns on by pressing the trigger and turns off when releasing it, as indicated by the arrow
in picture 2.
7.2 Switch blocking device (PICTURE 3)
The lock button on the tool handle allows the tool to rotate continuously without the need to
constantly hold the switch depressed. To activate the lock button, simply squeeze it while holding
down the trigger. If you want to unlock, it is necessary to press the switch again, so that when you
release the trigger, the rotation of the propeller will stop.
7.3 Direction of rotation (PICTURE 4)
The selector located on the upper part of the trigger is used to control the direction of rotation
(position 1 direction of feed rotation, position 2 direction of mixture rotation):
7.3.1 Application rotation:
Before selecting the direction of rotation of the machine, the machine must be stopped, the worm
screw stopped and the on / off switch must not be pressed. Then move the lever to the right of the
tool. When you press the switch again, the mixture will flow into the nozzle.
7.3.2 Mixing rotation:
To select the opposite direction of rotation, move the lever to the left of the tool. When the selector
is in the middle position, the trigger is locked and the machine cannot be started.
To avoid damaging the gears, always allow the tool to come to a complete stop before changing
the direction of rotation. To stop, release the trigger.

8WARNINGS
8.1 Sandy mortars:
The use of a mortar that is too sandy can cause premature wear of the helicoidal screw.
8.2 Nozzle cutting:
The cutting of the tip can also affect the wear of the helicoidal screw, an upper section cut will
produce minor wear of the part.
Recommended minimum cut: - Ø5 mm interior for creamy materials.
- Ø10 mm interior for materials with sand.
9CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
9.1 Cleaning
• Clean the tank, auger and nozzles after each use when the product is still fresh.
• Keep machine operations clean to avoid overheating the engine.
• Clean the tool regularly with a soft cloth, preferably after each use.
• Keep the ventilation grills free of dust and dirt.
• If there is encrusted dirt, use a cloth soaked in soapy water.
• Never use solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, ammonia, etc. These solvents can damage plastic
parts.
9.2 Maintenance
•Our machines have been developed to operate for a long period of time with minimum
maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends on proper maintenance and regular
