Installations amplier
Dome Core 240 amplier allows the user to
connect multiple speakers and obtain up to 4
independent control zones. The equipment has
a 2-band equalizer, two microphone inputs and
1 line input / output for any accessory you want
to connect to the power. It also allows the user to
play a wide variety of content thanks to its SD and
USB slots, as well as through its FM antenna and its
Bluetooth connectivity. Dome Core 240, the ideal
option to simplify your installations.

• Read this manual carefully before using this
product for the rst time. This manual includes
important instructions about installation,
operation and safety precautions.
• We will assume no responsability if you do
not comply with these instructions and meet
troubles.
• The output voltage can reach up to 130 volts,
all installations and operation must be referred
to auqlied personnel who has been specially
trained.
• Not suitable for household.
• Do not remove the ground terminal of the
power cord.
1. Location - Keep the unit away from locations
where it is likely to be exposed to high
temperatures or humidity, such as near
radiators, etc. Also avoid locationms which
are subject to excessive dust accumulation
of vibration which could cause mechanical
damage and locations subject to strong
electromagnetic elds, such as close to
broadcast equipment.
2. Ventilation - The unit ventilation slots on the
side and bottom panels. Do not block these
vents.
3. Avoid physical shocks - Strong physical shocks
to the unit can cause damage. Handle it with
care.
4. Do not open the cause ar attemp repairs of
modications yourself - This products contains
no user-serviceable parts. Refer all repair or
maintenance to qualied enginner.
5. Always power o before making connections
- Always turn the power o before connecting
or disconnecting cables. This is important to
prevent damage to the unit itself as well as
other connected equipment.
6. Clean with a so dry cloth - Never use solvents
such as Benzine of thinner to clean the unit.
Wipe clean with so, dry.
7. Always use the correect power supply - Make
sure that the power supply voltage specied
on the rear panel matches your local AC mains
supply. Also make sure that the AC mains
supply can deliver more than enough current
to handle all equipment used in your system.
8. Must be connected correctly - Although this
unit have goodly protect functions to avoid
damage because of short or overload, we
should be turn away short or overload for
system chronically turning normally.

9. Control for adjusting 2 or 4 section distributing
level. Notice: before a adjust Distribution Volume,
must turn MASTER to "0" rst. It is strictly
forbidden to adjust this 6-band knob when the
Volume control is not closed. Otherwise it will
damage the unit.
10. MIc input coonectors (MIC1 is priority
Microphone).
11. SD Card Socket: This socket is used for plug
SD card, the Buit-in Music player can play the
music in the SD card directly.
12. USB Port: This USB port is used for plug PEN
Driver, the Built-in Music player can play the
music in the PEN Driver directy.
13. LCD Display: Used for display the current status
of the Built-in music player.
14. Built-in Music Player controller: These buttons
used for control the Built-in Music Player.
MODE: Short press - Used to choose the machine´s
working mode, the working mode cycling according
to the orther "FM, Bluetooth, MP-3".
Short press - To next song. Long press - to
increase volume. In FM mode: Short press - to Next
radio stations.
Short press: To Previus Song. Long press:
To lower the volume. In FM mode: Shrot press: To
Previus radio stations.

Connection to the mains supply
Before connecting the amplier to the mains
socket, always make certain that:
1. The electric system and mains socket have an
adequate grounding, compatible with the saty
norms (if you´re uncertain, consult specialized
personnel).
2. The main voltage corresponds to that shown
on the rear of the unit (an allowance of up to +/-
10% is accepted)
3. Make sure the amplier is also o before
disconnecting the power cord from the mains
socket.
4. The on/o switchs is in the o position.
Switch on and o
In your reinforcement system, always switch on the
amplier aer all the other equipment and always
switch it o before anything else, if possible with
the gain controls set at minimum: this will avoid
annoying and sometimes dangerous signal peaks.
Audio connections
Remember to always connect and disconnect other
units with amplier switch o. Let the signals from
sources as CD player, tape player and radio etc.
Into the input sockets via audio cable with shield.
This unit can only accepto 1 stereo line inputs by
selected, adopt RCA connector. Link microphone
you will need to microphone input.
Please use only professional microphone with
output level at -35dB~-60dB and impedance under
1kΩ.
Load connections
3 output modes: 4~16Ω/8~16Ω, 70V, 100V. Be careful
to check the load impedance and load type to avoid
damage of load or amplier.
When under the constant voltage output mode,
all the speakers or woofers connected must have
line transformer, the total power of these parallel
speakers should be ledd than the total output
power of the unit, and have enough surplus(should
consider the wastage of the lines and speaker
transformer).
7~16Ω output is for monitor speaker, the max
output power should less than 70% of the normal
power.
Check and measure for load
The load must be checked and measure at the rst
time, because of long distance from the power
amplier to the load, because of load complicated
connecting and section controlling. In the public
broadcasting systems the bad cable using and
mistaken connecting will always occur, such as
load short circuit, load part short circuit and
indirect short circuit between output cables of two
ampliers.
1. Measure the DC impedance of the end termina
of the load by multi-meter, you may determine
roughly if the load has been short circuit.
2. Check when the unit is on. Turn anticlockwise
all potentiometer knobs at the front panel to
the minimum position, then turn the source
(as CD) on and let it output signal. Turn on the
power of the unit. Aer the two-color power
status indicator is turned to blue, rotate the
corresponding section volume knob to more
than three quarters of the position, also rotate
the master output level knob to the maximum,
at this time the speaker should be normal
volume of sound, and observe the work of the
machine state:
• If the two-color power status indicator is always
blue, no matter of what´s the signal source
(U disk, Bluetooth, radio, CD, microphone,
etc), then the load and amplier are working
properly.
• If the two.color power status indicator ash red
and blue, there may be two possible situations:
a. Input signal is too large. If so turn the

corresponding volume knob counterclockwise
to the two-color power sdtatus indicator is
always light blue. b. The load is too big or the
line transformer of the load does not match
(bad quality). If so, re-calculate the power of
load if it is bigger than the power of almplier.
If the load power is bigger than the amplier
power, then reduce the number of loads,
if not bigger than the amplier power, line
transformer of the load (ceiling speakers,
or sound column, etc) and does not match
amplier (voltage is not ight or poor quality)
should replace the load.
• If the two-color power status indicator turns
red, turn o for 1 minute asnd then turn it on
again. If it is still red, then the load is too heavy
or load local short circuit, please exclude the
above factors and the try again. Connect with
not load, the two-color power status indicator
is red, then the amplier failure.
Operations
Anticlockwise rotate all the potentiometers at the
front panel to full closed, turn the unit on, aer
the dual-color power status indicator is always
blue, turn right the knob of the corresponding
potentiometer, you also can adjust the 2-band
equalizer and the master output level until the
output level is just t for you. Remember that you
should reduce the input signal level when the last
one of the level indicator is always on, if not, the
unit will be overloading and the output power
signal will be clipping.
Turn the High/Low equalizer knob clockwise is raise
the treble/bass, turn the High/Low equalizer knob
anticlockwise is reduce the treble/bass. When rise
or reduce the treble/bass, should adjust (in the
opposite direction) the Master Volume to keep the
original sound volume uncharged.
This unit use 6-band knob to control the section
volume, and change the volume by choosing 6
dierent voltages. Must turn anticlockwise the
master output level control potentiometer 9 to the
end (close the volume control).
Turn the 6-band knob to select the volume of
each section (0 is close, 1 is min volume, 5 is max
volume). Aer all the three section volume is
chosen, then adjust the master volume control 9 to
right position.
Notice: It is strictly forbidden to adjust this 6-band
knob when the Volume control is not closed.
Otherswise it will damage the unit.

1. Locación - Mantenga la unidad alejada de
lugares donde pueda estar expuesta a altas
temperaturas o humedad, como cerca de
radiadores, etc. También evite lugares que

mecánicos y lugares sujetos a fuertes campos

correcta. Asegúrese de que el voltaje de la
fuente de alimentación especicado en el
panel posterior coincida con la fuente de
alimentación de local. Asegúrese también
de que la fuente de alimentación pueda
suministrar corriente más que suciente para
manejar todos los equipos utilizados en su

9. Este indicador LED de dos colores indica el
estado de la alimentación y el estado del
amplicador.
• Azul: Condiciones normales de funcionamiento
• Azul y Rojo parpadeante: La temèratura
ambiente es muy alta, la señal es demasiado
larga, la impedancia del altavoz es menor que
la impedancia nominal.
• Rojo: Protección contra altas temperaturas o
sobretensión
• Sin luz: Falla
10. Controles para ajustar la distribución de 2 o 4
secciones. Aviso: Antes de ajustar la distribución
del volumen, se deberá de poner el nivel MASTER
en valor 0. Está terminantemente prohibido
ajustar esta perilla de 6-bandas cuando el
control de volumen esté abierto. En caso
contrario la unidad se dañará.

Alimentación
Antes de conectar el amplicador a la toma de
corriente, asegúrese siempre de que:
1. El sistema eléctrico y la toma de corriente
tienen una conexión a tierra adecuada,
compatible con las normas de seguridad (si no
está seguro, consulte a personal especializado).
2. La tensión principal corresponde a la que se
muestra en la parte posterior de la unidad.
3. Asegúrese de que el amplicador también
esté apagado antes de desconectar el cable de
alimentación de la toma de corriente.
4. El interruptor de encendido / apagado está en
la posición de apagado.
Encendido y apagado
Encienda siempre el amplicador después de todos
los demás equipos y apáguelo siempre antes que
cualquier otro, si es posible con los controles de
ganancia congurados al mínimo: esto evitará
picos de señal molestos y a veces peligrosos.
Conexiones de audio
Recuerde siempre conectar y desconectar otras
unidades con el amplicador apagado. Deje
que las señales de fuentes como reproductor de
CD, reproductor de cintas y radio, etc., entren
en las tomas de entrada mediante un cable con
protección. Esta unidad solo puede aceptar 1
entrada de línea estéreo seleccionada. Para realizar
enlaces de micrófono necesitará utilizar la entrada
de micrófono. Utilice solo micrófonos profesionales
con nivel de salida a -35dB ~ -60dB e impedancia
por debajo de 1kΩ.
Conexiones de carga
3 modos de salida: 4 ~ 16Ω / 8 ~ 16Ω, 70V, 100V.
Siempre vericar la impedancia de carga y el tipo
de carga para evitar daños.
Cuando está en el modo de salida de voltaje
constante, todos los altavoces o woofers
conectados deben tener un transformador
de línea. La potencia total de estos altavoces
paralelos debe ser menor que la potencia de salida
total de la unidad y tener suciente excedente
(debe considerar el desperdicio de las líneas y
transformador de altavoz).
La salida de 8 ~ 16Ω es para un monitor, la potencia
de salida máxima debe ser inferior al 70% de la
potencia nominal.
Vericar y medir
Todo debe de ser medido y vericado por
primera vez, debido a la larga distancia desde el
amplicador de potencia, posibles complicaciones
de de conexión y control de las diferentes
secciones. En los sistemas de públicos de
transmisión, siempre siempre es posible que se
producca una mala utilización o conexión errónea,
como lo pueden ser diversos cortocircuitos.
1. Mida la impedancia del terminal por varios
metros, para poder determinar si se ha
producido un cortocircuito.
2. Compruebe cuando la unidad está encendida.
Gire en sentido antihorario todas las perillas
del potenciómetro en el panel frontal a la
posición mínima, luego encienda la fuente
(como CD) y deje que emita la señal. Encienda
la alimentación de la unidad. Después de que
el indicador LED de dos colores se ponga en
azul, gire la perilla de volumen de la sección
correspondiente a más de tres cuartos de la
posición, también gire la perilla de nivel de
salida principal al máximo. En este momento
el altavoz debe tener un volumen normal de
sonido. Observe el LED indicador:
* Si el indicador de estado de alimentación se
encuentraen azul, sin importar cuál sea la fuente de
señal (Bluetooth, radio, CD, micrófono, etc.), todo
se encuentra funcionando correctamente;
* Si el indicador de estado de alimentación
parpadea en rojo y azul, puede haber dos

situaciones posibles:
A- La señal de entrada es demasiado larga. Si es
así, gire la perilla de volumen correspondiente en
sentido antihorario hasta que el indicador LED de
estado de alimentación de dos colores siempre esté
azul claro.
B- La carga es demasiado grande o el
transformador de línea no coincide (mala calidad).
Si este es el caso, vuelva a calcular la potencia y
reprograme. Si la potencia de carga es mayor que
la potencia del amplicador, reducir, si no es mayor
que la potencia del amplicador, el transformador
de línea (altavoces de techo o columna de sonido,
etc.) deberá de ser reemplazdo.
* Si el indicador LED de estado de alimentación
de dos colores se vuelve rojo, apáguelo durante
1 minuto y luego vuelva a encenderlo. Si todavía
se encuentra rojo, podría haber un cortocircuito
local o una carga demasiado alta. Excluya los
factores anteriores e intente nuevamente. Conectar
nuevamente, si una vez más se mantiene rojo
el indicador LED, la falla proviene directamente
desde el amplicador y deberá comunicarse con el
distribuidor local.
Operación
Gire en sentido antihorario todos los
potenciómetros en el panel frontal hasta cerrarlos
por completo, encienda la unidad, después de que
el indicador LED de estado de alimentación sea
azul, gire a la derecha la perilla del potenciómetro
correspondiente. También puede ajustar el
ecualizador de 2 bandas y el nivel de salida maestro
hasta que sea el adecuado para usted. Recuerde
que debe reducir el nivel de la señal de entrada
cuando el último indicador de nivel esté encendido;
de lo contrario, la unidad se sobrecargará y la señal
de potencia de salida se recortará.
Gire la perilla del ecualizador HIGH / LOW en
sentido horario para subir los agudos / graves, gire
la perilla del ecualizador HIGH / LOW en sentido
antihorario para reducir los agudos / graves.
Cuando suba o reduzca los agudos / graves, debe
ajustar (en la dirección opuesta) el VOLUMEN
PRINCIPAL para mantener el volumen del sonido
original sin cambios.
Esta unidad utiliza una perilla de 6 bandas para
controlar el volumen de cada sección y cambiarlo
eligiendo 6 voltajes diferentes. Debe girar en
sentido antihorario el potenciómetro de control de
nivel de salida principal hasta el nal. Gire la perilla
de 6 bandas para seleccionar el volumen de cada
sección (0 es silencio, 1 es el volumen mínimo, 5 es
el volumen máximo). Después de elegir el volumen
de cada sección, ajuste el control de volumen
maestro a la posición deseada.
Aviso: está terminantemente prohibido ajustar la
perilla de 6 bandas cuando el control de volumen no
está cerrado. De lo contrario, dañará la unidad.
