Warranties
1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing your new Terra Cat. This is the most
innovative product to enter the ATV market since its' inception.
Terra Cat is faster, stronger and more versatile than any other ATV.
It will carry you smoothly through the most rugged terrain, with
the a ility to handle more weight than any other ATV. Terra Cat
has een carefully engineered to outperform any other ATV or
Utility Vehicle in every possi le category, all while remaining
un elieva ly simple to operate and maintain.
Please take a few minutes to read this Warranty, Operations and
Service Guide. Our Warranties meet or exceed all other ATV
manufacturers. It contains all the information you will need to
have your Terra Cat repaired in the unlikely event that a failure
should occur. Please refer to your Certificate of Origin for model,
serial num er and date of purchase information.
NOTE: Warranty coverage may e different for attachments.
2. WARRANTY START DATE
The warranty coverage egins on the day that you take delivery of
your new Terra Cat. This is the registration date, and is on file
with Terra Cat LTD.
3. LI ITED WARRANTY
Warranty is a written guarantee y the manufacturer of a product,
promising to repair or replace parts which have a defect in
materials or workmanship. "Limited" means that a warranty is for
a specified period of time, and has certain other restrictions.
4. TERRA CAT LI ITED WARRANTY
Terra Cat LTD. will, through its service or parts partners, repair or
replace any parts which are found to e defective in materials or
workmanship. The defect must occur during normal use of the
product within the warranty period. The repair or replacement will
e at no charge, for parts and la or.
5. LI ITATIONS
Your Terra Cat Limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.
Your rights may vary from State to State. Terra Cat LTD. does not
authorize any person to create for TCL any o ligation or lia ility
other than that stated in the Limited Warranty. Under no
circumstances shall TCL e lia le to the customer or any other
person for any consequential, incidental, economic, direct,
indirect, general or special damages arising out of any reach of
warranty, express or implied.
6. CUSTO ER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's responsi ility to maintain the equipment in
accordance with the instructions provided in this guide or during
your pre-purchase riefing. TCL recommends that you keep
records and receipts, in order to prove that instructions have een
followed. It is also your responsi ility to operate the Terra Cat in a
safe manner, and for the use for which it was designed. If a defect
in materials or workmanship occurs, it is your responsi ility to
cease operating the Terra Cat until repairs are made. Damage
which occurs from continued operation may not e covered y
this warranty.
7. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

9. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To o tain warranty service under the terms and conditions of the
TCL Limited Warranty, you must contact Terra Cat LTD.
immediately y calling 1-800-99terra, or y emailing us at
info@terracat.net. We will then coordinate your repairs with any
authorized Volkswagen service center of your choice.
10. WARRANTY TER S
The term is here y 12 months for all items mentioned in the a ove
paragraph.
11. SERVICE PARTS WARRANTY
Service parts are warranted for 90 days from date of purchase.
However, if the part is installed on a unit which has more than 90
days remaining on the original Warranty, the part is warranted for
that remaining time.

Terra Cat uses different tire models for the front and rear tires. The
following information can e used for o taining replacement and/
or spare tires.

Operation of your Terra Cat
GENERAL TER S AND DESCRIPTIONS
Terra Cat is extremely simple to operate. It is powered y the
Volkswagen 11835cc air cooled engine. Any mechanic with asic
knowledge can repair this power plant. All moving parts are easily
accessi le and simple to repair. All filters, elts, tires, lights, rake,
clutch and accelerator parts are asic and easily found.
Transmission: 4 speed, reverse can e found at the far left, and
shift ack toward the driver, while pushing down on the shifter.
Instrument Panel: features a power point, fuel gauge, amp meter,
tach, headlight switch, ignition switch and fuse ox.
LI ITATIONS
Although Terra Cat is designed to take you to extremes, it is
expressly imperative that you operate this machine on inclines or
declines of no greater than 30 degrees. Although this machine can
exceed 55 mph, it is mandatory not to exceed 35 mph as a
measure of safety. All passengers must wear their seat elts at all
times.
HOLD HAR LESS AGREE ENT
It must e understood that under extreme situations, Terra Cat is
inherently dangerous. Without proper operational guidelines and
supervision, Terra Cat can cause severe odily harm. It will e
mandatory to mutually agree upon the execution of an instrument
of Hold Harmless Agreement, prior to the delivery of a Terra Cat
to a prospective uyer.

Care and Service of your Terra Cat
Introduction:
All preventative maintenance for the Terra Cat is simple and easy.
The Volkswagen 1835cc air cooled power plant is the ideal choice
for adverse conditions harsh use. The air filter is the heart of this
machine. Clean air and clean oil are the life lood of this engine,
just as water and anti-freeze is to a liquid cooled engine.
Recommended tire air pressure is 20l s. for a softer smoother ride.
Recurring Inspection:
●Constant monitoring of the following parts is vital to the
care of your Terra Cat.
●Grease sert on the steering ox. Condition and lu rication
of clutch, rake, and accelerator ca les.
●Inspect and clean car uretor port plug.
●Inspect and clean spark plugs. Inspect and clean air filter.
●Inspect oil condition and level . Inspect rake fluid levels.
●Change fuel and oil filters annually, or as needed.
●Single arrel car uretor - NOT FUEL INJECTED -
Recommend vehicle e started once a month to prevent
car uretor malfunction.
●Recommend use of fuel additive “Sta il” fuel sta ilizer.
