Základní operace
1.Zapněte stroj: stiskněte tlačítko napájení, kontrolka bude svítit (červená) - to zna-
mená, že stroj pracuje.

Výměna nože
1. Odstraňte tři šrouby (1)

Výměna brusného kamene

Údržba

Pflege

Basic operations

Blade replacement
First step.

Maintenance
Use only well-ground cutting discs. A cutting blade damaged in any way can cause the

Operaciones básicas
1. Encienda la máquina: presione el interruptor de encendido, la luz está encendida (rojo),
esto significa que la máquina está funcionando.
2.Configuración de velocidad: presione una vez, velocidad de 5 pasos de 800 a 1400
rpm.
3. Luz LED: presione continuamente (aproximadamente 3 segundos) para encender la luz
LED. Lo mismo debe hacerse para apagar las luces.

Antes de realizar ajustes técnicos (por ejemplo, cambiar la cuchilla) del motor, desconec-
te el enchufe de la red y espere hasta que se apague la luz indicadora de funcionamiento.
Reemplazo de cuchilla

Reemplazo de piedra de moler
ATENCIÓN: apague la máquina antes de co-
menzar cualquier trabajo técnico (como cambiar
el disco de corte o la piedra de amolar)
Sostenga la piedra de moler con la mano. Inser-
te la llave en el orificio de posicionamiento y
bloquéela. Luego desenrosque la piedra de
moler usada girando la llave en la dirección de
la flecha. Al insertar una nueva piedra de moler,
siga las instrucciones en orden inverso.

Mantenimiento
Utilice solo discos de corte bien rectificados. Una cuchilla dañada de cualquier manera
puede causar un mal funcionamiento de la máquina.
Petróleo
El disco de corte debe aceitarse después de 40 horas de funcionamiento.
Afilar
Utilice solo discos de corte afilados. El disco de corte debe afilarse tan pronto como
descubra que se ha vuelto romo.
Ajuste la velocidad de la rueda de corte a la velocidad más baja (600 rpm).
Empuje con cuidado la muela hacia la muela y muela durante aproximadamente. 2-3
segundos
Compruebe los tornillos de fijación.
Verifique todos los tornillos de fijación regularmente y asegúrese de que estén bien
apretados. Si alguno de los tornillos no está apretado, esto debe corregirse de inmedia-
to. Descuidar esta verificación puede resultar en un peligro grave.
Requisitos para el entorno laboral.

2. La cortadora debe usarse en condiciones normales de temperatura (10–45 ° C) y
humedad por debajo del 85%.
