Ergonomic studies suggest it is best to adjust your chair features in different
positions throughout the day so your body does not remain in the same
position for too long. The more adjustments you make the better it is for you.

Armrests are height adjustable for arm and wrist support.
Armrest he ght s adjusted by pull ng up and hold ng on the f nger
tabs under the arm pads. Th s releases the lock ng mechan sm
allow ng you to adjust the he ght. Release the tab to lock n place
at des red pos t on.
Seat height is adjusted with a right side tab lever.
Adjust the seat he ght wh le s tt ng n the cha r. Located under
the r ght s de of the seat s a tab lever. Pull the lever up to
lower the seat to the des red pos t on, release to lock. To
ra se take your we ght off the seat and pull the lever up the
pneumat cs w ll ra se the seat, release to lock. Repeat unt l
you f nd your opt mal he ght.
Tilt lock positions is adjusted with a left side tab lever.
Adjust the t lt lock wh le recl n ng n the cha r. Located under
the left s de of the seat s a concealed tab. Th s tab has two
pos t ons, up and down. In the upward pos t on the back w ll
freely recl ne w th the movement of your body. Push the tab
to the down pos t on w ll lock the back nto a f xed recl ned
pos t on of your cho ce. To unlock lean back wh le pull ng the
lever up to release the pos t on lock.
Tilt tension knob under the seat controls tilt tension.
Located below the seat s a large knob. T lt tens on s controlled
by rotat ng knob clockw se to t ghten and counter clockw se to
lessen tens on.
T-Shaped spine support move with your natural movements

W th water based sta ns l ke coffee, tea, soft dr nks, fru t ju ces, or m lk t s best to use a
water-based fabr c cleaner or a m xture of m ld warm (not hot) soapy water appl ed w th a
damp clean wh te cloth or sponge. Work the solut on nto foam. Avo d scrubb ng. Pat dry
w th clean wh te cloth.
W th o l and solvent based sta ns l ke l pst ck, grease, or food o ls, t s best to use a dry
clean ng solut on appl ed w th a damp clean wh te cloth or sponge. Before clean ng test the
clean ng solut on on a small nconsp cuous area. If there s no d scolor ng or damage to the
fabr c, apply the clean¬ ng solut on to the effected area w th soft c rcular strokes. Do not
over saturate the mater al.
@Do not over saturate water or clean ng solut on dur ng clean ng. Th s may damage
the mater al.
@Be careful not to over rub when clean ng. Rubb ng too hard may damage the fabr c.
@Soak up rema n ng solut on then use another clean wh te cloth to remove any res due.
@Let fabr c dry thoroughly and then vacuum well before us ng.
@If these clean ng processes do not work call a profess onal cleaner.

Wash w th a soft cloth w th m ld detergent and warm water. R nse thoroughly and dry w th
a soft clean cloth. Do not use solvents or abras ve cleaners.

Do not use on uneven or rough surfaces.

place and secured.
Do not use f any parts are broken, damaged, m ss ng or m sal gned unt l replaced by factory approved parts
and assembled per the nstruct ons.
Secure all the bolts, screws and fasteners every 6 months.
