We hope you really enjoy the warmth of your new gas fire Read these instructions carefully before install-
ing and starting to use the gas fire. Keep these instructions in a safe place. Always provide the following in-
formation if the gas fire breaks down: type and serial number.
1. General
The Classic Fire is supplied as a complete unit. Check the unit immediately after delivery to confirm that it has
not been damaged during transport. If it is damaged in any way, then please inform your supplier immediately
and provide as many details as possible Your fire has been enamelled using heat-resistant enamel that can with-
stand extremely high temperatures. Allow the fire to burn at the highest setting and ventilate the room thoroughly
during the first hours of use. As the enamel is cured, convection will cause a non-hazardous smell and/or some
smoke to be emitted. Any deposit on the heat-resistant glass should be removed immediately using a cleaner suit-
able for heat-resistant glass.
Attention
The Classic Fire must be installed, connected and inspected by a qualified fitter according to national and re-
gional standards., The fitter must inspect the unit for tightness in relation to gas and combustion products and the
correct operation of the different components and functions.
The flue tube system and the outlets in the outer wall (CC version) or roof face must also meet the requirements
of the appropriate regulations.
The concentric unit falls in the closed unit category in a set-up location without a fan and with a chimney loss
that is greater than 17 % (non-condensing).
Warranty
The registration/warranty card (see page 25 and 26) should be completed and sent to the manufacturer within ten
days after the purchase date. Please retain the warranty certificate. The type and serial number are listed on the
identification plate that you can find on the control entrance door of the Brookfield, Coventry and Beverly .

2. Operating instruction for AB version
Operating buttons and other functions for the gas control block GV60 (A), the G6R H4S1 (B) remote con-
trol and the G6R-R4A3 (C) hand transmitter receiver.
Ensure that the batteries have been installed correctly in the remote control and battery holder/signal receiver.
NOTE: do not use any screwdrivers or similar when fitting the batteries. This is so that metal contact between
the battery and metal parts can be avoided.

Warning!
You must ascertain whether gas can be smelled around the unit before switching it on. Some gases are
heavier than air and can be found at floor level. You should therefore also determine whether you can
smell gas at floor level.
Failure to follow the instructions below exactly may lead to damage to personal possessions and may lead to
personal injury or even death.
What you should do if you smell gas:
* Do not ignite or switch on any units.
* Do not switch any electrical switches on or off.
* Do not use a telephone in the building. If necessary, go to your neighbour and ask
whether you may telephone the gas supplier. Follow the supplier’s instructions.
* If you cannot reach the gas supplier, call the fire brigade.
2.1 Functions of remote control
A temperature sensor in the remote control measures the ambient temperature.
The remote control compares the ambient temperature with the set temperature and then sends a signal to the re-
ceiver which controls the gas block motor in order to change the flame height upwards or downwards.
The battery should be replaced when the signal is noticeably weak.
Setting of the temperature (ºC and ºF) in the display.
After fitting the 9V battery, the temperature (ºC) and or (ºF) and the time display can be changed (24 hours or 12
with AM/PM) by pressing in buttons B2 and B3 at the same time.
By pressing in buttons B1 and B2 you can set the time after which B1: hours, B2: minutes.
The display will automatically return to the start setting. This can also be done by pressing button B3.
Setting the desired day temperature.
Press button B4 (1x) until *appears in the display.
Hold button B4 down for a little longer until the temperature reading begins to flicker.
Then the desired day temperature can be set by using buttons B1 and B2.
Wait or press button B3 again and the display will return to the start.
Setting the desired night temperature. )
Press button B4 (2x) until )appears in the display.
Hold button B4 down for a little longer until the temperature reading begins to flicker.
Then the desired night temperature can be set by using buttons B1 and B2.

Setting first period of heating.
Press the button B4 (3x) until P 1 and )appears on the display.
Press button B4 for slightly longer until the start time begins to flicker and appears and set the time for the start of the first period of
heating by means of the buttons B1and B2 ; hours/minutes.
Press button B4 again so that P 1 and ) appears after which the time can be set to the end of the first period of heating by means of the
buttons B1and B2 ; hours/minutes.
Press button B4 for slightly longer until the display P 2 and *appears and set the time for the start of the second period of heating by
means of the buttons B1and B2 ; hours/minutes.
Press button B4 again so that P 2 and ) appears after which the time can be set to the end of the second period of heating by means of
the buttons B1and B2 ; hours/minutes.
Wait or press button timer again and the display will return to the start.
2.2 Igniting the apparatus
* Press buttons B1and B3 at the same time until an acoustic signal indicates that the start procedure has
begun for igniting the apparatus. Once the ignition of the pilot burner has been achieved the gas block will
set the flame height automatically to maximum.
* You can regulate the flame height by pressing on button B1 or B2 for higher or lower flame height
respectively. In order to set the apparatus on “Standby” you press on button B2 until just the pilot burner is
burning.
Warning
Wait at least 5 minutes before attempting to re-ignite the unit after turning off the pilot. Gas fires become hot
when in use. Therefore care should be taken, for instance children and those requiring help should be kept away
from the immediate area where the fire is burning. Gas fires must not be placed on or against flammable materi-
als (curtains, etc.).

Maintenance
The painted parts can be wiped with a soft, moist cloth. The unit must be switched off immediately if something
has been spilled on the fire. Once the fire has cooled down the spillage can be removed with water and soft soap.
Never use an abrasive cleaning agent!
Any deposits on the glass can be removed by using a glass cleaner. We recommend having the fire and the chim-
ney checked by a fitter and having them cleaned before each heating season. If the special heat-resistant glass is
broken or cracked it should be replaced immediately before the unit is switched on again.
It is better to leave the pilot burning during the heating season (due to possible condensation formation in the
unit).
Please note: As the manufacturer we are aware that faults may occur in the electronic control of gas fires and the
great inconvenience this may cause you. Therefore we have drawn-up additional installation instructions. (See
pages 18 and 19.)

3. Operating instruction for HB version.
Operating buttons and other functions of the gas control block BM 733
3.1 Switching on the unit
•Open the gas shut-off cock that has been installed in the gas pipe to the unit.
•Turn the operating button (A) from “Off” (C) position right round to the right until it stops.
•Now press the button and turn to the left until the ignition position. You will now hear a click. This is a
spark ignition. You will be able to see whether the pilot is burning through the window. Click a few times if
required until the pilot lights up.
•When the pilot is burning, hold the button pressed in for another 10 seconds and then let the button come
up slowly. Now the pilot must carry on burning.
•If this is not the case then wait for one minute and repeat the procedure.
•By turning the button to the left, the main burner is ignited and the desired flame height can be set.
•In position “Pilot” (B) the main burner goes out and just the pilot remains burning.
3.2 Switching off the unit
•In order to turn off the unit completely, press the operating button (A) in “Pilot” position and turn further to
the right until it stops and then release the button.
•The pilot then goes out. We, however, recommend allowing the unit to burn with the pilot on during the pe-
riod of use.
•If the fireplace will not be used for a longer period of time, we recommend also closing the gas shut-off
cock completely in the supply line.

4. Installation instruction for flue version
General
•Only have the unit installed and connected by a recognised fitter in accordance
with the locally applicable gas installation rules and regulations.
•Never install the unit against or within a flammable wall.
•Fit the apparatus on a non flammable floor. If you fit the apparatus on a wooden
floor or floor covering, it is preferable to use a steel floor plate which is available at our warehouse.
•A chimney draught of approximately 0.5 mm water column is sufficient, measured at full load of the unit.
•We recommend reducing the draught if the chimney draught is higher than 2 mm water column.
•If a window fan has been installed in the room or if the unit is being installed in an insulated home, pressure
equalising openings to the outside air must also be installed. This is necessary to ensure that the chimney
continues to work should any underpressure occur.
•We also recommend connecting gas heaters, gas inserts and gas built-in fireplaces to an outlet vent that is
made completely of 100 mm aluminium and/or stainless steel. This will ensure that there are no problems
with regard to the thermal outlet protection and other issues.
•We also recommend using an aluminium and/or stainless steel flue lining when connecting to an existing
outlet vent in relation to a fireplace where before wood, coal or oil was burnt.
4.1 Fitting the unit
Fit the unit as tightly as possible to the flue so that a short, not corroding connection is made. Preferably without
bends. All in line with the locally applicable gas installation regulations.
The connections must be tension-free to ensure the gas regulating equipment is not damaged.
Check
Check the gas connections made to ensure that there is proper gastightness by using soapy water or a leak search
spray. Switch on the fireplace according to the operating instructions.

5. Fitting the cast iron construction (in the event of service)
•Hang the u shaped key in the front at the bottom to the side. Then screw in one of the longer wing nuts
loosely above.
•The connection between the second side and the front panel takes place in the same way.
•In order to achieve the correct distance between the side panels, place the metal plate supplied on the bolts
of the adaptable legs.
•This plate can be taken away once the fire box has been installed. You no longer require it.
•Important: the side panels must be level with the notches.
•Now firmly tighten the wing nuts which connect the side and top plate.
•Screw the shorter wing nuts into the rear of the side panels (leave 0.5 cm free).
5.1 Fitting the combustion chamber
•Push the combustion chamber to the rear of the apparatus over the wing nuts and tighten them.
•The combustion chamber must be pushed as far forwards as possible.
•Now put the top plate in place.
•If the top plate is not level then you can readjust one or two adjustment bolts.
5.2 Taking out the glass panel
- Lift the top plate of the apparatus.
- Take the front plate away.
- Unscrew the highest and lowest screws from the glass frame.
- Lift the door carefully and remove it.
- Put the door in a safe place to prevent damage.
- If the glass is damaged it must be replaced with glass of the same quality.
-Replacement glass is available from your dealer.
5.3 Replacing the glass panel.
- Examine the condition of the glass and the seal before replacing it.
- Now carefully replace the door on the combustion chamber.
- Replace the screws and tighten them equally.
- Replace the front panel and the wing nuts.
-Put the top plate back in position.
NOTE:
- Never attempt to remove the glass while the apparatus is still warm.
- Always be careful with the glass door.
- Never hit or push the glass door in order to replace it.
- Never switch the apparatus on with broken glass or without glass.
- Never use inferior material, always use original parts.
6. Fitting the log inset

7. Outlet protection
The unit has been fitted with a thermal outlet protection that will switch off the pilot should a leak occur in rela-
tion to the combustion gases from the draught limiting device. The outlet protection must never be disabled.
Operation:
The sensor device is a thermostat that will open an electronic contact when a certain temperature is reached. It
will, thus, interrupt the thermocouple current. This will ensure that the gas supply to the main and pilot burners is
switched off by the control block. The unit can again be lit after waiting for 5 minutes once the sensor has cooled
down. If the unit is switched off again due to the intervention of the outlet protection, have the outlet system
(chimney) checked by a recognised fitter. This protection must not be disabled or changed since the system will
not operate correctly if it is. Only original parts must be used if you need to replace any. This also applies to the
fastening articles and wiring. Possible causes that may lead to the outlet protection intervening are:
• A bad connection between the unit and the outlet vent.
• The outlet vent has been fully or partially sealed off due to falling rubble or similar.
• The chimney draught is too slight.
• An open kitchen with an extractor that is too powerful.
Consult a fitter when the occasion arises!

12. Concentric flue system CC
The balanced flue system consists of a 100 mm Ø inner flue concentric with a 150 mm Ø outer flue. These flues
have been set up concentrically; the combustion gases are exhausted through the internal flue while the fresh
combustion air is supplied between the internal and external flues. Different connections are possible using the
concentric flue system. These are:
Through the roof face and through the exterior wall
The layout used for this system can be laid in different ways,
but there are a few important conditions:
* A minimum of 1 metre of vertical flue must be fitted on the apparatus before a horizontal move is made.
* The total vertical flue length allowed may not exceed 12 metres (the sum of the flue length and the
calculation lengths for the bends).
* The horizontal duct length at the roof outlet should not exceed 5 metres measured between bends.
* 90° bends have a 2-metre horizontal calculation length.
* 45° bends have a 1-metre horizontal calculation length.
* The outlet can be installed at any point on the roof face or exterior wall (supply and discharge with an
identical pressure area), but must meet applicable regulations.

12.1 Possibilities for connecting concentric flue system
Indirect wall pass through (see page 23 diagrams 1 and 2).
Always fit a length of X=1 metre vertical on the apparatus and then directly after this a bend of 90° with a length
Y (min) wall pass through on this. If required the horizontal part can be extended to 5 metres plus wall pass
through (Y max) .
Note: For propane appliances 4metres plus wall pass through applies (Y max). This horizontal slope must never
be exceeded.
Roof pass through without slope ( see page 23 diagram 3).
You can use a direct pipe layout without a slope for a maximum length of X=12 metres (excluding the roof vent
flange) measured from the connection on the unit. The minimum length is 2 metres. You can have a flue terminal
at every position on the roof face (both flat and sloping); the flue tube and combustion air supply are located in
the same pressure area. For 2 metres and longer a restriction plate must be used for all gas types.
Roof pass through with slope 45° ( see page 23 diagram 4).
Always fit a length of X=1 metre vertically on the unit. Next, continue building up the flue pipe using 2 45º
bends (the calculation length for each bend is 1 metre) until you have reached the maximum pipe length of 12
metres (including bends excluding roof pass through). The minimum length is 2 metres. You can have a flue ter-
minal at every position on the roof face (both flat and sloping); the flue tube and combustion air supply are lo-
cated in the same pressure area. For 2 metres and longer a restriction plate must be used for all gas types.
Roof pass through with slope 90° ( see page 23 diagram 5).
Always fit a length of X=2 metres vertically on the unit. Next, continue building up the flue pipe using 2 90°
bends (the calculation length for each bend is 2 metres) until you have reached the maximum pipe length of 12
metres (including bends, excluding roof pass through). The minimum length is 3 metres. You can have a flue ter-
minal at every position on the roof face (both flat and sloping); the flue tube and combustion air supply are lo-
cated in the same pressure area. Take into account a maximum horizontal layout of Y=4 metres (measured be-
tween bends) and also ensure sufficient gradient. For 2 metres and longer a restriction plate must be used for all
gas types.
12.2 Construction of concentric flue system
Assembly instructions are given below:
Mounting using an exterior wall duct
The outlet can also be installed above the exhaust in the wall (always one metre vertical first), take into account
obstacles according to environment. The (local) Building Regulations will provide the required guidelines in re-
lation to this matter. Also, ensure that the wind pressure on the flue terminal here is not too extreme either (for
example, in very narrow lanes or alleys) since this may negatively influence the unit efficiency. Provide a recess
in the exterior wall with of around 155 mm (in a flammable wall have 50mm of extra space round the outer pipe)
and fix the wall pass through with the wall plate to the inner side of the wall. The wall plate of the exterior wall
duct must be sealed sufficiently against the wall on the outside; this is in connection to there being leaks of mois-
ture and/or flue gas into the living space. The flue should be cased if necessary. Sufficient fireproof measures
must also be taken when the flue is being mounted along flammable materials. Determine the position of the ap-
paratus and the outlet and begin the construction of the flue with the connection on the apparatus, pay attention to
the direction of installation. The inner flue must be installed for draining. Connect the elements by using clamp-
ing straps. Fit a bend of 90° directly on the wall pass through and make the connection with the elements on the
apparatus. Ensure that the gastightness of all connections is correct. A fitted pipe can be used in between the
bends or when making the connection to the unit. If necessary use wall brackets to support the flue. Provide a re-
cess in the exterior wall of around 155 mm (in a flammable wall have 50mm of extra space round the outer pipe)
and fix the wall pass through with the wall plate to the inner side of the wall. The wall plate of the exterior wall
duct must be sealed sufficiently against the wall on the outside; this is in connection to there being leaks of mois-
ture and/or flue gas into the living space.

Mounting using the roof vent flange option
The flue terminal can be located at any random place on the roof face (supply and exhaust in identical pressure
areas) and must meet the applicable rules and regulations.
* A roofing sheet for a flat roof or a roofing sheet lead for sloping tiled roofs can be used for a watertight duct.
Use various bends, if required, for the slope. The recess in the roof decking should be 5 cm larger all around in
connection with having sufficient fire resistance. Centring plates can be used against the roof decking.
NEN 6068 (resistance definition in relation to the spread of fire between rooms) must be taken into consideration
in connection with the provisions made by the (local) Building Regulations. A casing made of fireproof material
(e.g. 12 mm Promatect fire resistant plate) must be used at 25mm from the outside flue.
Determine the position of the apparatus and the outlet and begin the construction of the flue with the connection
on the apparatus (always 1 metre vertical first) pay attention to the direction of installation. The inner flue must
be installed for draining. Connect the elements by using clamping straps. Ensure that the gastightness of all con-
nections is correct. A fitted pipe can be used in between the bends or when making the connection to the unit
and/or the roof vent flange. Use 2 wall brackets to support the flue on each floor.

13. Installation instructions for the cast iron Beverly unit
•Hang the u shaped groove on the front on the lowest screw in the side and
loosely attach one of the longer wing nuts.
•The connection between the second side and the front takes place in the
same way.
•In order to ensure the correct distance between the side walls, the metal
plate supplied must be fitted on the screws of the adjustable feet.
The plate can be removed following installation of the combustion area.
Important note: The side walls must be well connected to the notch in
the plate.
•Now attach the wing nuts firmly and connect the side walls and the upper
front.
•Use the shorter wing nuts on the rear of the side walls. Leave approximately
6 mm free.

•Introduce the combustion unit from the upper part of the housing, push it

must be pushed as far forwards as possible.
•Put the top plate back in position.
•If the top plate is not horizontal, one (or two) of the adjustment bolts under
the side walls must be readjusted.

14. Installation instructions for the cast iron Brookfield/
Coventry unit
•Hang the u shaped groove on the front on the lowest screw in the side and
loosely attach one of the longer wing nuts.
•The connection between the second side and the front takes place in the
same way.
•In order to ensure the correct distance between the side walls, the metal
plate supplied must be fitted on the screws of the adjustable feet.
The plate can be removed following installation of the combustion area.
Important note: The side walls must be well connected to the notch in
the plate.
•Now attach the wing nuts firmly and connect the side walls and the upper
front.
•Use the shorter wing nuts on the rear of the side walls. Leave approximately
6 mm free.

•Introduce the combustion unit from the upper part of the housing, push it

15. Additional instructions for the Mertik Maxitrol GV60 and the remote control:
Ensure that the fuel supplied to the unit is clean and free from particles and moisture.
Before a gas supply pipe (new or existing) is connected to the main gas pipe at the gas meter and to the gas
control block of the unit, clean and dry compressed air should be blown through it. Cut copper pipes as well
as aluminium pilot pipes (diameter = 4 mm) must be deburred and blown clean before they are connected.
The dust filter at the connection to the gas control block will only filter out the coarsest dirt from the sys-
tem. Fine particles are still able to reach the inside and may damage and/or adversely affect regulation in
the gas control block.
Heat, moisture and dust are a threat to all electronic components
Install the electronic gas control only after all construction, plastering and paintwork has been completed. If
work such as this is unavoidably still being carried out, then protect the control box against dirt and mois-
ture penetration by using, for example, plastic film.
Select a location for the control box that is lower than the level of the main burner bed and outside
the radiation area (heat) of the burner.
Electronic components will become permanently faulty when they are exposed to temperatures that are
higher than 60°C. Normal AA batteries will crack open at temperatures >54°C and the battery contents will
damage the electronic switches below. Batteries last longest at <25°C. At >50°C the life span is around 23
weeks, this makes the use of the gas fire unnecessarily expensive.
Only install the gas control block and receiver as pre-installed at the factory
Remember that components may have to be replaced or that repairs may have to be carried out at a later
date.
This may be made more difficult if the control is installed using a method that is different from the one pre-
scribed by us.
Only add the batteries or connect the 220 V adaptor once all the wiring to the receiver, gas control
block and pilot set has been connected.
Premature connection to the energy source may damage the control’s CPU (central processor).
Ensure that the ignition cable is not near the antenna wire and that they do not cross each other.
The high voltage that is released at ignition may damage the sensitive receiver circuit.
This may mean that the unit may become less responsive or not respond at all to the handset commands.
Maintain 40mm mutual distance for this reason. (See photograph 1 on page 19)
Loosen the antenna wire from the terminals on the receiver box
Direct the antenna wire away from the ignition cable and in the direction of the control box door.
Ensure there is no contact with metal components. Ensure there is no damage to the connection to the elec-
tronic components or to the wire itself. (See photograph 1.)
Connect the wires correctly to the contact breaker behind the gas control block.
The shortest wire runs immediately back to the 1/0 switch and can be found nearest to the back of the gas
control block. The longest wire runs to one of the two connections on the receiver box and only fits on one
of the screws.
Do not tighten the contact breaker and the thermocouple connection too tightly on the gas control
block or to each other.
It is sufficient to tighten by hand and add a half a turn with an open-end spanner. Tightening too loosely
will break the connection to the magnetic coil below and/or the insulation around the aluminium contact pin
in the contact breaker.
This may lead to the magnetic coil not opening the gas supply to the pilot and the unit will not work.

Do not extend the thermocouple supplied to the pilot set
Extending the thermocouple beyond this limit will lead to a reduction in voltage. This may, in turn, lead to
the magnetic coil not being activated.
Prevent leakage of the ignition spark to parts of the installation other than the ignition rod at the
pilot.
Ensure the ignition cable is not in contact with the shell or other metal parts. If a cable extension is used,
ensure that connections are additionally insulated using silicone.
The receiver and the control units on the gas control block should be switched on to ensure automatic
start-up through the manual transmitter.
The oval disk on the gas control block should be turned to the ON position. The 1/0 switch should be set to
1. See photograph 2. The ignition cable should be connected to the SPARK connection point on the re-
ceiver box. See photograph 1.
The manual transmitter has to communicate with the receiver. This has to be ‘learnt’.
Press the RESET button using a blunt object. (See photograph 3.) Continue to press this button until you
hear a short beeping sound, followed immediately afterwards by a long beeping signal. Release the button.
Direct the handset towards the receiver and press the arrow down until you hear a long beeping sound. The
gas control button will now move for a short period. The hand transmitter has now learned the setting with
regard to the receiver and the unit can now be ignited by using the remote control.
The system’s thermostat sensor is in the manual transmitter.
The manual transmitter operates best at a distance of 2 or 3 metres from the unit. Although communication
occurs via short wave radio signals, it is recommended to place the hand transmitter in view of the gas ap-
paratus in a place where the user wishes to experience a pleasant temperature. Do not place the hand trans-
mitter in direct sun light or at another warm location. The thermostat measures the temperature and regu-
lates the flame level of the gas unit accordingly.
Only remove batteries using non-metallic tools.
Removing batteries with a metal object may damage the electronic control permanently.

Problems and possible solutions to them
SYMPTOM TE ONDERNEMEN AKTIE
The pilot flame does not burn after re-
peated pressing on the ignition button.
1. If you are switching the unit on for the first time or after a service, there is air in the pipes.
It will take a little while until all the air has flowed out of the pipes and gas which can be
ignited comes through. Take it away and try to switch on the pilot several times in order to
allow the air to escape.
2. See whether the gas pipe to the apparatus is open and that there is sufficient gas pressure
to the apparatus.
3. Check whether there are sparks between the spark electrode and the pilot. If there are no
sparks:
a) Check whether the connection between the electrode and the ignition is broken or
faulty.
b) Check whether the spark short circuits at another point or jumps.
c) Check whether the ignition is broken.
d) Check whether the electrode is broken.
4. Take the door away and try to light the pilot with a match.
a) If air blows onto the match flame, then hold the control button pressed in longer in the
PILOT position (HB) or with the AB version start to repeat the process until the air in
the pipe has escaped.
b) If no air or gas comes from the pilot pipe, then this is probably blocked or the gas valve
is perhaps broken.
The pilot flame does not continue to
burn following ignition.
(Manual operation)
1. Press the operating button in fully.
2. Hold the operating button in for longer.
3. If you wish to switch on the pilot immediately after extinguishing it, you need to wait a
few minutes in order to give the valve time to unbolt.
4. Check whether the pilot flame is large enough to burn round the thermocouple. If the
flame is too small you must check the gas feed pressure. If the pressure is good you must
adjust the height of the pilot flame on the gas valve of the apparatus. If the height of the
pilot flame cannot be adjusted, there may be an obstruction in the pilot.
5. Check whether the thermocouple is connected to the gas valve properly.
6. Check that the gas valve is not faulty.
7. With “S” version: Check the contact points of the TTB and clean if necessary.
8. With “S” version: replace TTB.
9. With “CC” version: With “S” version: too little or too much draw See point 12. Concen-

The pilot flame does not continue to
burn following ignition.
(Remote control)
1. Check whether the pilot flame is large enough to burn round the thermocouple. If the
flame is too small you must check the gas feed pressure. If the pressure is good you must
adjust the height of the pilot flame on the gas valve of the apparatus. If the height of the
pilot flame cannot be adjusted, there may be an obstruction in the pilot.
2. Check whether the thermocouple interrupter is connected to the gas valve properly.
3. Check that the gas valve is not faulty.
4. With “S” version: Check the TTB contact points and clean if necessary.
5. With “S” version: replace TTB.
6. With “CC” version: too little or too much draw See point 12. Concentric flue system CC
